I worked with Jerome at Wild Willie’s to customize my Ford F450. It just got delivered and it is awesome. Jerome was easy to work with and made suggestions for customizations that I wouldn’t have thought about. The guys at Wild Willie’s are professionals and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to build out the customized truck of your dreams. I have watched their social media videos for a few years until I decided to take the plunge and get my truck. I purchased it through Hernan at Akins Ford. They took care of everything purchasing wise and then Wild Willie’s took over customization. I live 400 miles away and didn’t physically see the truck until I received it. They made the process easy. They are the “Real Deal”.

I wouldn't recommend no one I know to this company. I ordered a f350 2022 from my dealer and had my truck dropped shipped from the factory to them. The reason why I went with them cause of all the YouTube videos they had done with trucks like mine. I laid everything out for them, from pictures on how I wanted my truck done. Everything still got messed up they wanted to do what they wanted to do on my truck. They do not send pictures of the whole process you will have to beg them for pictures. Once I got pictures, I told them one of my 4link arms from wick customs were upside down I asked them to change before I pick my truck up "his answer was they look good to them". So, I had to have someone else change them and once I looked under the truck paint was chipped off both arms. After having my truck for about week, my paint on my headlights started to chip and the whole light wasn't painted so they changed them out. The ones they changed out have seal problems. I can't wash my truck without water getting in my head lights. My whole head light went out, I will have to buy new heads and have someone else redo them. The 3rd Brake light they installed is cracked. I also have parts at their shop that I requested to send to me but no response back.

I've been following Neal for a few years. The closer I got to being able to place my order, the closer I watched the videos. Neal's passion for customizing vehicles is 2nd to none. You will not be disappointed. Custom is always greater than stock. An easy 5 stars.

Earlier this summer I reached out to Wild Willies after they were recommended by CJC Offroad where I purchased nearly of Carli Suspension products for my 2018 F250 Limited. Typically they have a policy of not installing customer provided parts, but were willing to make an exception because everything was brand new in box. They were quick to respond with a quote and a time I could bring the truck in. I'm located in SC and with my work schedule was not able to take the truck myself. I had a delivery driver take the truck after hours, then brought it back to me a few days later when it was complete. Despite not ever being there, the experience was top notch.

I've put nearly 10,000 miles on everything since then and my truck rides like an absolute dream with the full Carli Backcountry suspension. Thank you Chad Hamm for the assistance and quick responses!!

I want to take the time to to express how happy I am with Akins Ford. Tim in charge of service, Wild Willies. Has proved to me as a customer who lives 700 miles out of state that they are willing and able to handle any service related problems.
