Perfect place to pick up plumbing supplies and great customer service!

Was told, they didn't have part in stock, but they had 100 of them at a east coast branch... it would only take 3 days. After waiting a week and a half, they are now telling me, it is on backorder from the mfg, and they don't know when they will have it in. This is after of me calling several times, and being told, should some in any day now. At least a call to me telling me the situation, would have been professional, not having me wait extra days in 100° temps and then calling to find out what is taking so long.
