I got my iPhone 13 fixed here and ran into a few issues, but Elizabeth was really friendly and quick to fix the issues I had. she is really friendly and great customer Service. she rectified the situation and my phone works like new. I would definitely recommend and ask for Elizabeth she is the best at what she does. I’m definitely telling my friends to come here and I will be coming back, if I have any other issues with my other devices that is.

My insurance company wanted me to pay 200 to replace my I phone 11 cause the screen broke and glitched out. I took it to get fixed here and in 1 hour they had my phone completely fixed for only 80 dollars. Love it! The employees were also very friendly.

I highly recommend this shop to everyone, Have been here multiple times for different repairs for myself and kids devices. They replaced the back glass on my son’s phone and the screen and port on my daughter’s iPad. Me and my husband come here to get our tempered glass installed. Great service every time. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Also let me know of anything we should when repairing our devices. They answer all my questions when I’m having trouble with my phone. I trust these people every time with our devices.

I broke my iPhone screen and it turned completely black. When I took it to ATT they realized I hadn’t backed up iCloud in 3 months and they couldn’t perform a data transfer without access to the screen. I’d just had a baby so I lost photos from the first three months of her life and I was devastated! I went to Wow cell phone repair and they ordered me a temporary screen so that they could backup my photos. I ultimately got everything back for only 75$. So worth it. They did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. I’d go to them again for any cell phone repair needs

My wife owns a Z-Flip 4, and, while cool and foldable, the screens on these things sometimes go out randomly. Something we weren't aware of prior to purchasing when they first came out. Her screen just upped and died. With insurance, we were able to secure a replacement Flip 4, and we thought that'd be that. Unfortunately, because the screen was kaput, we had no way of transferring the un-backed up data from the old phone to the new phone. I tried a few different places, including the so-called "Geek Squad" from Best Buy, and everyone had the same answer, "Sorry. No screen, no help." As a last-ditch effort, I came to these guys, and they actually gave me options. They could repair the screen, and I could do it, or they could put on a temp screen, and they could transfer the data themselves. I opted for the temp screen. It was cheaper. Had to wait about 5 days for the screen to come in; it was a special order, but once it did, we completed the transfer. We had our kids' birthdays and recent concert pictures we were about to lose forever. We are VERY grateful. These guys are awesome.

Amazing work they did!! I took in a very badly broken tablet that someone took a hammer too, didn't think it could be possible to fix but it was. You can either call or text them very reasonable prices and Elizabeth was very great to work with. I would recommend to anyone!
