Always amazing customer service. I've gotten new tires from them over the years. I've had my tires fixed multiple times from nails or random things putting a hole in the tire. Always very helpful and so kind with great prices. Definitely would recommend to anyone

I bought tires FROM Wright that had a 1/4" thick piece of sound deadening foam glued on the inside. 4,000 miles I got a flat, a nail puncture right in the middle of the tread. After seeing the foam, and pretending they didn't know about it even though they installed the f'ing tires, they told me they weren't allowed to remove it and the $400 tire was a loss. Then they told me that I had to replace all of them bc it was unsafe to have one new tire with 3 old tires bc it was a four wheel drive car. They absolutely refused to fix that flat or sell me just one tire. I went over to Dougherty, they removed a 2" circle of foam and fixed the leak. Car and tires still running great! I buy all my tires from Doughtery now.

I came to Wright's Tires after seeing so many people speak so highly of them on my local Facebook page. I was not disappointed. The gentleman who helped us was very personable and straightforward. I also feel I got a better product for a much better deal than what I was previously quoted at another place. My family and I will be returning to purchase tires from him again.

I call his business at 4:30. He did not want to give me service when they close at five. I pulled in with the flat tire because I was riding on radial it just lost all air. He was nice enough to agree to change the tire. His worker started picking up the job and I kindly informed him that the Center hubcap can’t be overtightened, and it needs to be tightened by hand. He tells me that I’ve probably put on more of these in one day than you have done in your whole life. Once they were done. I noticed that the valve stem cap was loose like the last time when I came to the shop which I informed the employee, and he was very rude. I politely told the owner and the worker and they both got very defensive. When I go to pay him for the used tire the Boss hands me back my change and says there’s your change and this is the last time that you’re allowed here. As I walk out, I tell the worker that I just wanted to let them know that the valve stem cap was loose. They all started rushing up to the vehicle, including the boss almost ready to fight me all raging, and they close down the garage door, laughing at me waving at me and taunting me. Very unprofessional conduction of business. I want to note that he usually is a nice guy, but today was just not the day for him
