Zales at the Promenade in Temecula is such a fantastic jewelry store. Everybody is so friendly and helpful when I lost my diamond in my wedding ring and went to buy a whole new one. Maria May was exceptionally patient and helpful throughout this process.! I have been there many times for adjustments and cleanings and she and the whole staff always greet me with a hug and great, big smiles. Even if I’m not looking to purchase anything, I always stop in to say hi ! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good jewelry and friendly people.

I did not plan of buying anything but ended up buying two rings
The rings are beautiful and good quality
Sales person Jonathan was very professional and very nice . He answered all of my questions and was my pleasure to deal with him . Maria , Jonathan’s colleague was also helpful and professional. Last but not least , Cynthia, the manager was very welcoming, very nice , excellent customer service .
Overall , Zales gives excellent customer service and would recommend this jewelry store.

Maria was the best! She was very attentive and checked the stock of the ring i originally wanted. My original ring in mind was no longer available, and she went above and beyond to get me the perfect ring! She was so sweet and made sure that I was happy with my choice. She assisted with my trade in and made the whole process a breeze. 10/10 recommend! Amazing experience. I will definitely be back for a future purchase because of her!
