I had an rog 5 that got a screen repair here but my GPS biometric and top speaker was damaged in the process. The owner claims it was already damaged, won't admit fault, except he did admit the speaker initially and claimed he'd fix it when the part came in, never got that call (owner claims to have called but left no message.) if you have anything other than Samsung or Apple I'd go elsewhere.

Hoping to get my money back as he caused more damage than he fixed. Won't trust him with any repairs, and not to mention him complaining about "undercharging" me, and me showing up at four when he closes at 7, if you don't do business during business hours, why even operate? Terrible interactions, terrible service, inept repairs

When the owner was told about the complaints and impending litigation, his response was simply he has a better lawyer, showing his mentality towards honesty and correcting legitimate concerns.

‼️‼️DO NOT DO IT!!! BEWARE!!!!! You will get your phone back in the same conditions you brought it in as, if not WORSE! They will lie to your face and give you back your device with MISSING PARTS!!! This was my experience exactly! I had to go to another phone repair shop and they told me they get a lot of customers from Zen Gadgets with missing parts, SO I AM NOT THE ONLY VICTIM!!! ‼️‼️‼️

I’ve been here twice and they were great both times. I’ve interacted with 3 staff members and they all took the time to explain to me what they would be doing- even if I didn’t really understand (shout out to Amanda). They have great prices and the staff is beyond kind. My back screen was broken and one staff member (I think his name was cole) even saved the stickers on my phone for me to reuse! Overall great service and great people!

At first I was impressed by the number of reviews this place had, but that was quickly offset when I noticed a sign that stated, "free phone case for a 5 star review." First impressions: you have to bait business in here with fraudulent reviews. What happened to quality business as a means to establish reputation?

Second, management didn't even know the circumstances surrounding the reason why I brought my phone in in the first place. I received a call earlier that my device had been repaired and was ready for pick up. I initially brought my phone in because it was stuck in a boot up cycle. Zen Gadgets was under the impression that my phone would not boot up at all. So I got charged for $90 for labor and materials that did nothing to fix my problem.

Third, the first representative I spoke with declared that I would receive a refund provided their services didn't work. I had to impose this on management, otherwise they would have let me walk out the door. I only got a portion back which I can sympathize with considering they still have to commit time and energy.

Last, and probably what really compromised my trust was the identity politics. Management assured me that their gender did not disqualify them from quality service despite the fact that gender wasn't even an issue that was brought up. This is a classic red herring attempt to make the problem about something other than poor business decisions and bad quality. I understand now why they offer free phone cases for fake 5 star reviews.
