Me and the rest of my family members love our Zizzo bikes due to the quality, portability and size( fitting 4 inside our midsize SUV to include extra supplies in case we decided to camp out or do a picnic somewhere else). These bikes are light enough for my 9 and 7 year old daughters to move around in a short distance and assemble/disassemble their own with minimum help from Mom and Dad. The support is awesome/quick as what I read from feedbacks by owners on the FB group site. Finally the Military discount helps out with the budget specially with the pandemic.

Zizzo company is great!!! I wish I knew of them sooner when I lived in the Bay Area. The shipping time of my bike orders was quick. I had a slight issue with my bikes when installing accessories. When I contacted the company, I was surprised the owner of the company Beau picked up! He took care of my issue immediately. A big thumbs up!

Received my bike. Prior to setting up my bike i watched all 4 videos on how to unbox, fold and unfold, and safety check it. I followed all instructions to a T. I started riding it and hearing weird noises and loud clicking. While riding it another time i heard another loud noise and the chain came to a sudden halt causing me to fall and scrape my knee. I walked the bike back home and examined it closely. And to only find a missing screw in the crank. I was gonna find a screw to simply screw it in but i looked closer and the plastic piece is broken. As upset as i was reached out to Zizzo and filled out the return form because who wants a broken bike a week after delivery. But after a week of speaking to Beau, everything was handled very efficiently and smoothly. He did everything in his power to fix the minor problem in had and Im very pleased with the customer service i received. So much so that i recommend a coworker to purchase a bike from Zizzo and she did.

Excellent bike (Urbano), reasonably priced. I took the advantage of the amazing sale and I couldn’t be happier. The brakes were a bit too tight when I received the bike, but the customer support is top notch and the videos are extremely helpful. I was able to adjust the bike on my own with that help. Would definitely recommend this little gem. I’m 5’ 9” and I ride it comfortably.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I bought a Liberté, which is a great bike, just wasn’t a good fit for me, and once I started having issues, a representative guided me through the repair process and helped me get started with the return. Even though this bike didn’t work out for me, I still recommend Zizzo and especially the Zizzo Liberté to any potential buyers!

I purchased a Forte folding bike brand new out of the box with faulty front and rear brakes. When I reached out yo customer service and offer to take the bike to a repair shop to adjust the brakes and request a goodwill gesture $35.00 credit refund Tony requested I provide the bike shop name, phone number and the tech’s name. When replied to Tony and suggested I would adjust the brakes, myself, Tony again request the bike shop’s details. A brand new folding bike right out of the box with faulty breaks, my thoughts are their quality check team dropped the ball. They preferred I return the bike. I didn’t requested a $35.00 credit refund because I need it, it would have been in the best interest of Zizzo and myself to do so. I’ll adjust the brakes and keep the bike. Otherwise the bike quality is good. However Zizzo needs to be more customer oriented. To bad this review could have been Five Stars!
