I agree with comments about the warranty Policies not matching the high end price tag for these products. They consider attached picture "normal wear and tear, or the gradual color and material changes"

It appears vessels material quality is not as good as their first version.

My golf bag holder was broken and needed a repair. When I sent them an email, they said it was not repairable and then replaced mine with the brand new one ....after almost a year of usage. Great customer service. I will buy only vessel bag from now.

When you’re charging almost $500 for a golf bag & cannot even follow the order correctly, not to mention take 2 plus months to fill the order, then you’re just bad. Not to mention, 20% off everything & they have almost nothing in stock. There’s quality, there’s customer service, & then there’s order accuracy. Sadly they fail miserably on two counts so it’s a one star from me for the supposed quality.

If you are a golfer and you want new golf bags and apparel, this is the place to come. It's well worth. They will ship to you but you can also pick up in person if you happen to be in. Carlsbad happened to go there by accident for a friend. Well worth the trip. Nice golf bag he ordered and you can have it personalized. Sorry no photos
