I have some name-brand stores I always want to shop at when I see them. Lacoste is one of them. The Lacoste Factory Store in Vacaville Premium Outlets offers a wide selection of Lacoste products at more affordable prices, so I almost never skip this store when I’m there. The store is always clean and colorful. They have a section all the way inside the store with even deeper discounted items. I find good deals there all the time.

The salespeople never show respect to customers and don’t pay the slightest attention to them. Yesterday, I walked in, greeted them, and received no response. Unfortunately, they don’t have name tags—or maybe I just didn’t notice. The person who didn’t even return my greeting and spoke reluctantly was a young woman with long eyelashes and long hair. She seemed very unhappy and dissatisfied with the presence of customers. That’s probably why this store is always empty. I didn’t buy anything and have no interest in going back there again. You can find better prices with warm welcome and great customer care at Polo.
Be careful. They don’t accept returns to refund your money!!! There are no signs! Customers should know it before losing time there ,most people don't have a look at their receipt even if it is written in it.

This place is trash. All I wanted was to change colors from what I bought. Same shirt, different color. Same price on the tag, but they said different color, different price. How’s that if it says the same damn price on both tags on both shirts? So they want to charge me $8 extra for a different color. What a scam. Avoid this trash store. Also I made the original purchase 2 days ago but the stupid employees didn’t seem to know what to do when I wanted to swap colors.

It's an outlet store, what's there not to love 😊? We got among ourselves pairs of shoes, shirts and pants. It's a busy Memorial day sale when we were there and goods on display got disorganized and it was like playing hide-n-seek to find a sales associate but hey, we are happy with our puchases so here's 5 stars for you!!!

Exceptional shopping experience, I’d give more stars if i could. The manager showed me variations of the selections of items I had that I wasn’t aware of, took the time to confirm which products were and were not available for order, opened boxes in the back looking for items in the size i needed, etc.

Out of all the stores in the outlets and all the shopping malls we have been to in the last month, this one was the worst because of their customer service. We had to find employees to check out, they seem rude and abrupt. They don't seem to be around to ask questions, hanging out somewhere in the back. When I tried a hat on and slipped the mask off for a second to see how it looks (and I was the one at the store), one of the employees stormed behind my back and literally yelled at me, scaring me. Same rude attitude happened when my mom tried to use apple pay and the phone wouldn't read her face. When I called them out and asked if they could be nicer making those comments, I received no apologies, not all. Not even a "sorry, you feel that way". I got an angry look back and with high pitched annoyed voice. I checked out with $300 worth of merchandise and felt completely "robbed" from my experience. These people should not have a job. They are not qualified.

I always liked Lacoste. However, today I experienced the worst customer service. I know the social distancing and wearing mask is important. But it doesn’t means that only 3-4 people allow to come in. We waited around 10 minutes to come into the store before coming in 4 people came out meaning 4 people can come in. But Sara let only one person in. And forced to use a sanitized which is ok, but the smell was SO BAD! And if I needed to put my mask down to talk for a second because my mom couldn’t hear me, Sara would run up toward us and rudely tell me to put mask back on. Krystal was great and provided great customer service.
