Management needs to do a better job staffing the lumber area with 2 dedicated strong people to help customers. Was there to get 4 x 8 sheets and people were at lunch but I could go in the store to find someone, I was told.. no luck came back out and the guy who went to lunch is back but told me I would have to wait a few minutes and he departed. I, 64 female decided I would have to do it myself…..how safe was it …..? I didn’t hurt myself but don’t think it should be that way.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I asked the cashier if there was a veterans discount still and she told me I had to put my card on the app in order to get the discount. She told me my VA card which shows disabled veteran doesn't count. I'm not going to shop here again and get disrespected. I encourage everyone to shop else where and not support this store who doesn't value veterans. Hopefully the employee with be fired soon.

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly when being a paying customer. Not only does my dad's business spend a lot of money here on parts, but just alone personally buying things for home and such spend a lot of money at this establishment. While walking around and shopping looking at things that I would need, pricing them out and making future purchases, was I accosted by multiple employees and wanting to escort me out because I spent too much time inside. Since when is there a time limit on shopping? Not only did I purchase things 30 minutes prior to coming back in to buy more things, they felt I wasn't buying it quick enough. I don't steal, I don't have any previous encounters that are negative from this store, so to pinpoint me out out of hundreds of people and make it seem like me taking my time shopping is just as bad as stealing. I'm so offended by places like this and Walmart who don't even take the time to really actually help a customer, but make a scene like I am some Menace to their store in front of other customers. I'm embarrassed. And I did nothing wrong. I'm definitely going to go to corporate for this. Not sure if this is a race thing because I'm Native American? But Ridgecrest Home Depot should definitely be ashamed of themselves.

Brought a two piece Milwaulkie drill set and received the free 2 amp battery offered for labor day. I was given a used and defective battery that will not charge. The associate took the battery out of a lock out and gave me a package that was open(actually walked it to the register-maybe he used it at home) Obviously this store restocks used tools. It become a hassle for many customers at this location to return items; most people live pretty far away(50 miles for me). Do not trust these people. Make sure everything looks good before paying for your purchase and heading home.

This home depot is very nice. Never has it been crowded! Usually pretty quiet. The staff is very helpful and kind. I walk right up to the cashier without having to wait in line, most of the time.
