January 19th of this year i took 2012 Lexus IS in for a window tint and aftermarket dash cams to be installed, along with installing another set of dash cams in a 2022 Kia K5. Upon my arrival there my drivers back window was in working condition. About 1 hr before i picked my car up i got a call saying my window was not rolling down i drove over and checked it since it was working the day before as i always use my windows. Lo and behold it wasn’t working (dash cams had already been installed at this point now, so electrical/hard wiring had been done/touched.) So boo my window is dead? I pick my car up drive 2 min home and try to set cameras up but they fail to turn on so i go right back and they somehow make them turn on? (wasn’t plugged in?) . it’s good for about 2 weeks and i notice the cameras off , not sure for how long but during this time of the cameras being off my window is back working. I go back have them fix whatever was wrong and then i’m good until March 8th when my car is dead after not being used for 2 days. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. This saturday March 23 after determining it is not my alternator or battery. i went back to WCC&A asking for them to disconnect my cameras, NOT EVEN ASKING FOR A REFUND OF $200 it cost to install! They gave me the hardest time with the simplest request. Stating my cars windows were not working before i brought it in and my car dying is “weird”. My car died in their shop after a total of sitting there for 40mins, i needed to be jumped to go home and after they jumped my car a light was on my dash that i’ve never seen before saying “check headlight system” …… now here i am at a mechanic AGAIN running codes trying to see what they did to my headlights. Expect a bill or a lawsuit soon west coast audio. I got the receipts.

Also a worthy mention: i spent $600 on a tint the same day too, my tint had bubbles and dog hairs in them from the moment i brought car home but im so done with this company i didnt even complain bout that when i kept coming back!

I came in w my own door speakers, had a voice amp already ran but also brought a new one to match the speakers, charged me 400 for the install witch is very high for a basic install where the power was already ran to the back. They left my previews amp in my car without disconnecting it fully. Also didn't tune the amp to my stereo had to do the gains and flip the rcas since they were backwards. Honestly for 400 I was expecting everything done and setup was bummed I had to still put my hands in for the price. All that sed the wiring for the amp was well done, one of my front door speakers whent out even tho their new but could be faulty equipment can't blame them for that. Was planning on going back for my sub install but I think it's to expensive for the service.

I love this place. I took my Vehicle to have the windows tinted and they did an excellent job. Price was also excellent as I did get prices from other tinting companies. We are taking our Suburban there next to have ceramic tint on the windshield installed. Definitely go here for audio and tinting needs. You won't be disappointed

I got my windows tinted here. Would be a 5 star but the price I paid was 40 bucks higher than quoted. They left a tiny area on my window without tint and it’s annoying the crud out of me. The one man who helped me was very nice and polite. Other than the one tall guy who helped me, everyone else was pretty rude and customer service was subpar.

I have 4 trucks and brought each one in. First sold me a terrible audio systems 2000. Each. Had to bring them all back to be replaced with a pioneer. Better but no aux or media stick. Better but then the crackling in speakers when car was turned off and back speakers weren't even connected. I've driven 4 trucks to and from galt from sonora. 10 or more times and they were complaining about their expense. I will never recommend them or use them again. If you want more than one of your vehicles done at once go somewhere else they don't seem to be able to handle the volume.

Eugene is great. Took care of me on the budget that I had. Did a speedy and clean job. Will definitely bring all my cars here for tint and stereo.
