I recently had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Fremont Chrysler, Dodge Jeep RAM. I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful Service advisor.

The technician who handled my truck was knowledgeable and efficient. The service was completed promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

The service adviser called me and explained in detail what was done to my truck.

This was a fairly routine visit to change oil, rotate tires and a firmware update for a recall. Everything went very smooth. I was greeted immediately and professionally with a smile when I dropped off my vehicle and when I picked it up. Everything was completed in a day. I’ve been to two other local dealerships recently and Fremont was by far a better experience. I’ll be back next time I need service.
