Called ahead to see if store was able to purchase my dads used iPhones, and was told to come in to the store. When we arrived we got a fair price, and was able to get cash as soon as we agreed on the sale. Very easy, good customer service, great store in the mall, good place to buy or sell and they also have most accessories.

Abdul Great conversation with this man he is awesome pretty much got a phone case for free from him. I always have to go to Verizon for a cracked screen and they always charge me 100 but I will charge me 100 just for the cat screen and gave me a free phone case which I desperately needed, thank you very much. I will definitely be recommending other people for sure.

This store stole my OEM camera and replaced it with a cheap one when they were replacing my screen
iPhones, tell you when the components have been replaced with non-original parts. I did purchase an aftermarket screen, but never did. I asked to have my camera replaced. And now I have an aftermarket camera.
This is criminal.

We came to get my back glass repaired, he took 1 hour longer than he told us and than on top of that he messed up my camera we noticed after we paid and were walking out of the door. We turned around and confronted him about it and he took no accountability and instead resorted to saying the camera was already like that. He also “cleaned the speakers” by poking at them with a thumb tack, the speakers a really quiet now. The camera also won’t zoom in or out please do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

My experience was subpar.. asked for help with fixing my laptop. The employee said it would be around $300 and take about a week. I agreed without going to other shops for comparison, which was my fault. About a week later I'm waiting for a call or message and I never received one. I give another 2-3 days and don't receive a call still. I show up and finally get a response after the owner made me wait in store for 15 mins to call his employee to ask if it was finished, when I could clearly see the screen was still cracked. He called on speaker phone and I heard the employee say "I haven't even ordered the screen." I had paid the day I brought it in so it could be fixed asap! 2 weeks pass and I show up again to see if my computer is "fixed". When I get home my screen glitched and wouldn't let me log back in. I go back and my solution from the employee is to refer me to another shop to fix.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! SCAMMERS!!!
