I walked in with what I thought was a cracked screen and a broken charging port. I could swear the lightning cable wiggles looser than it used to. I had to wiggle it quite a bit to get it to charge. Turns out it was just a dirty port. And a cracked screen protector (Duh. I forgot I had one on there). I sat on the comfy couch in the waiting room and my phone was given a good cleaning and new screen protector. It’s cleaner than I could have done myself. Done in less than 10 minutes. Honest professional friendly service. If something else ever happens to my phone, I know where to go.
