Horrendously rude place. I wish I read these other reviews before going in. I was treated incredibly rude by their pharmacist who insulted me in person and over the phone. The place is sketchy anyways and I don’t want to assume that they treated me poorly based off of my race because I rarely encounter that but I sensed that I was being singled out and bullied for some arbitrary reason so I don’t doubt that it may have been my race. The front window is busted in and boarded up with plywood. That should’ve been my first indication at the kind of attitude the staff would have.

Unable to fulfill promises. Said they would have my babies prescription next day but did not get it by that friday and we had to wait 4 days. I am filing an complaint with the BBB and who ever issues them a licence. Beware. If you let them get a medication you can NOT go to another pharmacy to get it. The insurance will make you pay full price as the medication has already been claimed. That is why we could not go to another pharmacy. They lied. Someone dropped the ball.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I waited over an hour after my doctor's visit for the prescription to be filled. It was urgent that I start the medication right away. I called after an hour to see if my Rx was ready and was informed that they don't dispense that medication and that they would need to call the doctor to let him know that Dr would need to send the Rx to another pharmacy. I am still wondering when they would have informed either the doctor or me that they couldn't fill it? Had I not called to check on it, I likely wouldn't have heard back. Out of courtesy and to provide excellent customer service, call your customers or their doctors ASAP to inform them when you are not able to fill a prescription!! Because of this, a long series of unfortunate events was set in motion. I won't go into the details but suffice it to say it took hours to finally get the Rx filled. I will not be returning and have informed my family to go elsewhere from now on!
