First off hats off to this kisok they’re very professional and affordable. I tried to make an appointment with the Apple store which they said I had to come in the next day and they’re price was almost double what Livermore charged me !!! I’ll recommend all my friend and family to the geek guys phone repair at the Livermore outlets. I was able to visit couple stores and come back to my refurbished phone with a new screen that literally took no time to fix instead of me waiting for over 24hrs. Thank you geek guys repair !!!!!!

I also got a good deal on there nice phone cases and was able to get a free phone protector screen !!!

They fixed my iPhone 12 perfectly!!! My screen had been cracked for a while, and I was hesitant to fix it. But, they were able to bring it back to life and did it quick! Dropped off my iphone while i did some shopping! To my surprise my phone was fixed in such timely
manner, approximately 20 minutes! Needless to say this place is fast, affordable and most importantly efficient. Saved me so much time & money as opposed to going to the apple store! Definitely recommend this business! 10 stars ⭐️!

Brought my son's phone in to have his screen replaced so we could turn his phone in for credit at our carrier. We picked up the phone, the screen was replaced and the case was put back on the phone and all looked good, but the screen cracked just a few hours later as we were removing the case. When looking at the phone without the case we could see "glue" oozing out around the edge of the screen and the screen was not set flat. Went back to Geek Guys the next weekend and was told sorry we will not offer a refund or replace the screen. I asked the employee if I could speak with a manager and he said to call the number on the receipt. The person on the phone said that the "employee" that I spoke to (Mo) was a half owner in the company. When I went back to speak with Mo he said. "I just work here". I was given a defective screen and was lied to. Will never go back to or recommend Geek Guys Phone repair.

I had an iPhone X that was badly damaged. Screen was cracked and the LCD was also broken. I called a couple of places in town and phone repair plus offered me the cheapest price and fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes!!!! Very very impressed and their warranty made me happy! Definitely recommend!!

Trust me when I say that you should avoid any other repair shop in the outlets. One place told me I needed a new charging port and that it would cost me $65. I came to this kiosk to get a price comparison and she cleaned my existing port for free in under 30 seconds. That is honesty

Tried replacing the back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro myself and ended up breaking the flash. Called and asked the guy to see if he can put it together and fix the flash he said he could. Got there and he told me it would be 80 to fix everything. Came back to pick it up and the flash still doesn’t work, all he did was glue the back on after I removed everything. Than said he doesn’t fix the flash. If I knew he couldn’t fix it I woulda glued it on myself and saved my money. He lied and ripped me off for $80 go somewhere else.

Edit: Hour later now the pixels on my screen are broken I got random purple light dots on my screen.
