Lots of good deals. Some items are not saving much money while others are. The ready to eat fruit and vegetables are good and a quick snack.
This Sams club isn't as big but still has a lot to offer. When going to check out, there were no clear directions for first-timers.
I was charged for an item 3 times, so check your receipt.

This is for the club in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The club was well stocked and included a large selection of wine and beer. It was clean and well organized. The only surprise, considering how new it is was the fact that it doesn't allow scan n go.

Always well stocked, and super friendly employees! I encountered a frustrating incident and after voicing my concern, store manager Devon reached out and more than resolved the issue. They also have a automated floor cleaning robot my kids love. Sometimes a employee is driving the robot though and I dunno it seems weird.

This location makes me want to cancel my membership. As much as I love members mark brand from many every day needs I cannot stand having to be harassed about a credit card every time I’m checking out. It would be one thing if it was one time but to have an employee come back 6 different times asking do you want to upgrade to a credit card expecting something different than a no is ridiculous. (I had already told her my membership had the credit card) I was shopping with 2 small children who were ready to leave and it was very frustrating to have to keep being interrupted to give this lady the same response over and over. I pay to shop at Sam’s, I don’t pay to be harassed by their employees.

It was absolutely disgusting and the manager Marco brushed me off when I tried to bring up health concerns. Do not eat here unless you want to get sick. I expect better from Sam’s club

Today is Tuesday November the 5th, 2024.
About 30 minutes ago I went into Sam's to do my regular grocery shopping. I'm a plus member. Have been for 5 years.
I look down in the app and see I have a $20 in Sam's cash.
So, I stop at the service desk and ask to cash it out with my license and my Plus card.
While looking at the app and my account I see the amount. The lady hands me my card back and tells me that I have zero available ?
You know some small things in life actually bug me.
I'm a small business owner and I have been a part of this community for 20 plus years.
Between home and in my business I spend a fair amount of money and Sam's, Walmart and local supply houses. I'll pay a ton in taxes too.
My point is............ The customer service lady that told me this, also gave me a look that actually seemed to make me feel something I never feel. ?
For whatever purpose this serves........
In reality I was correct and she was not correct.
Her condescending tone and look or something I really didn't need the experience today from someone who is speaking through their own idiotic mistake.
Would someone please.
I don't care if these employees have been there 20 plus years.
Something needs to change.
I run my company with a certain amount of respect for my customers.
I go way above and beyond, in my daily duties.
I wish others would too..........joyfully.

I just want so give a shout out to a young man named Jon. This past week I left my phone in my basket and didn't notice till I got home which was about an hour later. When I went back I went inside asked a few people but no luck. As I was leaving Jon was bring baskets in from the parking lot . He told me he had found it. Thank you Jon for being so honest
