Jacob was attentive and a real gentleman, no pressure. I got the bike I wanted at the price point I wanted after going to 4 dealerships. The queen 👑 finance person (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was very helpful and affirming as an alphabet person lol. Great experience!

Really stoked with all my experiences at TO Powersports - just brought in my bike for a maintenance/service for a great price and they were super quick. I then brought the bike in for a tail tidy and they did an awesome job, l'm super happy with it. Courtney at the service department is amazing. Great showroom too, they have a ton of gear and bikes for sale. Luis, Brandon, and Dakota were also super nice - they helped me when I took a big L and dropped my cardholder into a street grate (got lucky)

I only experienced professional and friendly treatment from service to sales staff. Recently, I needed a cage and lowering kit put on my 24 1000sx. It helped that I had the parts, but they turned it quickly in about 1 day. I'm very happy with the result.

Great experience with Thousands Oaks Powersports !! I called them first (I lived in Santa Clarita, CA one hour away) to see if they can match price and they did. Luis was very helpful texting me back . Brandon and Michael were super nice and very knowledgeable . Michael help me out to get a great deal on my extra warranty just in case. Brandon explained everything regarding the Gas Gas ES500. I didn’t feel like any pressure getting any extra stuff. I choose the warranty because I know I will drop this bike off roading 🙂 . I highly recommend this dealership in Thousands Oaks after going to few others ones . For sure I going back to get more motorcycles. Thank you guys for all your help.

A huge thank you to Courtney, Mark, and Andrew for taking such great care of me and my beat-up baby. The home delivery service is absolutely outstanding, especially since I live quite far away. The level of care, professionalism, and dedication you all provide is second to none.

I can’t recommend TOPS enough for their stellar service. I also bought my bike there back in 2020, and that was just as smooth and solid an experience as the service department. Truly a pleasure to deal with!
