I am very happy with the service that I have received from the Pape Gridley location. The starter on my 1996 JD 310D backhoe went out. They came out on a service call and replaced the starter. I had another problem with the backhoe and they took it to the shop and made the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the shop repairs. I was treated very well by the service manager at this location and I appreciate it.

I would recommend Pape Gridley to my friends and neighbors.

If I had the option to assign negative stars, I would certainly do so for Papé. In my opinion, they have demonstrated themselves to be an incredibly disappointing business. It's quite unbelievable that they would have the audacity to impose a fee for "talking too much." Frankly, I find it baffling that any business would adopt such a practice. Engaging in conversations with customers should be considered a fundamental aspect of providing good customer service. The fact that Papé is willing to charge customers for this basic interaction is both insulting and embarrassing. Given this experience, my decision is firm: I will never engage in business with Papé again.
