Upon entering, the office is clean, well decorated, spacious and the staff friendly. I found the doctor very interested in my injury, very thorough in the history and exam. The plan they laid out was well articulated, and explained with a lot of detail. The treatment was comfortable, as the traction was gentle. The therapies were explained well. I felt much better after the first visit. I will go back for the stem cell injections and the rest of my care in a few months, to which I look forward.

Some background: 27 female going in with concerns of upper back and neck stiffness and tingling in the hand. I went in because they had a promo that consisted of an initial consultation, X-rays, treatment plan overview, and first treatment. Everyone was super friendly, doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns, answered all my questions. Especially about how to do certain things at home. Going over the X-rays was an eye opener because the review was so detailed. Great experience overall.
Now why 3 stars. Price tag. I was quoted around $10,600 for a 3 month treatment plan. The type of treatment and number of each needed varies depending on your specific condition. It included the following:
Chiropractic Visits
1 area Decompression
1 area Laser Therapy
2 Area Shock Wave
Months of Nutrition and Support
Progress X-ray/Exam
I personally don't have that kind of money so I did not move forward with treatment. Their financing option started at 20% interest; again personally I can't afford that. With that said I can't speak for the treatment's effectiveness or results. I don't want this review to deter anyone from giving this place a shot. I do think this facility can provide relief but it comes with a price tag. There are no prices listed online on how much each treatment I listed above is so the numbers I have could potentially be different from another patients plan. Whoever's reading this I hope it helps and you get the relief you're looking for! But please don't look at how fancy the equipment is and think that's the only way you'll get better.

I am grateful for this facility's existence. Despite having a high pain tolerance, I had been experiencing intermittent severe pain in my nape, left upper back, left shoulder and left arm. My husband brought me here and from the moment I arrived, the staff provided a warm and professional welcome. Dr. Milus and Dr.Tam listened attentively to my concerns. This clinic offers a holistic approach combining advanced chiropractic therapy and integrative treatments. Three providers created a personalized plan addressing my needs and after trying the suggested treatment I noticed significant improvement in mobility and pain relief within two days. I deeply appreciate the thoroughness and care shown during each session and recommend this facility for effective compassionate care.

Very disappointed. They made me wait over 30 minutes to be seen after they called and texted me to not be late. The person on the phone lead me to believe there could be something they could do for me on the first day. They even changed my appointment from the original time to a different day because the dr would not be available at the time we were meeting. Guess what? No treatment Available the first day anyway it’s just all just wanting to get you in and do their tests, X-rays annd stuff and tell you about why it’s important to sign on with them. Unfortunately I was coming in for some pain relief treatment and got nothing.

Getting care for my neuropathy was the best thing I’ve done. A considerable amount of pain I felt especially at night has gone. Best thing yet is I got care for the back pain I had for years. I’m able to walk better especially after sitting for long periods and my knees have also stopped hurting. The doctors and staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring.

Everyone here is amazing. When my back problems started I was referred here, and my pain has been significantly reduced. I actually couldn’t walk and sleeping was near impossible- but now I can sleep again and although I’m not up to the 4 miles I used to walk, I’m up to 1.5 and that to me is huge! My recovery is not over but I know with the team here, I’ll be back to my normal self soon

One of the best medical facilities I have been too. Never high pressure sales, always warm and inviting. Very professional and knowledgeable. It's like a family. I have been going here for over a year and they truly are my family. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you are unsure, please just go in for a consultation, it will change your life.
