This place is horrible. Stay away. Asked for new shocks, rims and tires. Originally told me drop off Thursday and pick up Friday. Ended up keeping truck for a week. All I wanted was truck to be level. They added new shocks and didn’t even level it. Then to top it off I pick up my truck and they tried to keep my old rims, tires, and shocks. Total crooks. Tried to steal my stuff. Techs are cool. Owner doesn’t know what he’s doing. Never will respond and tries to ghost you. Had to go there and tell him I wanted my parts back. Honestly stay away, so many better places that won’t try and rob you.

Jesse James & his team over there are great people! He made picking what I wanted for this truck a breeze. He got it all installed very quickly & made sure the truck rode good.. truck is amazing & by far one of the best looking trucks I’ve ever had.
He sent me pictures from when it came off the truck, to rolling into his shop & when it was finished up leaving his place.
He even called me later to let me know all my stocks were in the bed of the truck & to not let it get stolen!

I've had the most rewarding experience at Adventure Offroad in Tustin, and it's all thanks to their manager, Jesse. It's not often you find such a blend of deep knowledge, outstanding service, and an eye for detail all in one person, but that's exactly what Jesse provides.

I brought my Jeep in with some issues that were missed by other mechanics from different shops. However, Jesse proved his expertise right off the bat - within moments of inspecting my vehicle, he identified five different problems that had been overlooked previously.

What really stood out to me was his comprehensive understanding of Jeeps and his genuine enthusiasm. His passion for these vehicles is clear, and that translates into top-notch service and care. Not only did he solve the immediate problems with my Jeep, but he also educated me on how to prevent such issues in the future.

I own a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport and I've been dealing with a check engine light for over 9 months. Over that time I've been to 3 dealerships, where I was basically told "tough luck". Luckily Tuttle-Click Jeep recommended me to come here which was in the same area, since Adventure Off-Road is much more knowledgeable in tricked out, customized Jeeps, and problem solving those types of issues.

I made a quick trip over there and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I explained my issue and the gentleman up front (Ricky)? immediately took a trip outside for a quick visual inspection but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. I ended up setting an appointment for a week later for a full, detailed inspection.

Fast forward a week and I was back in for my 9am appointment. I was once again immediately helped upon entering and my Jeep went to the back. I waited around for about an hour and Jesse came out and explained the issue what was having, and what I needed to do to get that check engine light fixed. I was floored at how quick they got everything done, and to what extent both Ricky & Jesse went to make sure my issue is handled and fixed.

I never have experienced such fantastic customer service from a service/outdoor vehicle shop, let alone anywhere else. Absolutely top-notch crew here.

I will be coming back here for any upgrades or anything outdoor related for my Jeep. These guys deserve it.

Very pleased with the service I received at this shop. Jesse and Doug were professional and friendly. Jesse was patient in answering all my questions helping me to choose the best option for leveling my Colorado ZR2. They did clean work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again for any future work on my truck.
