Thought I’d get my cracked front glass replaced on my iPhone. I make an appointment that was available for replacing the cracked screen per Apple online (1.5 hours before the store closes) so I drove from San Francisco in rush hour traffic to get this done.
After the tech analyzed this and that on my phone (it was already updated and backed-up) I’m informed I can leave my phone overnight and they’ll let me know when it’s completed some time the following day. If you don’t have availability to fix a cracked screen or you’re too slammed to do so, then don’t show availability to perform the tasks. Who can leave their phone overnight/days with NO timeframe as to when you’ll get it back? I use my phone for work. Absolutely terrible customer service and a waste of valuable time.

Apple Does not Care. I just lost 10 years of data after I bought a laptop here and the sales man assured me that this would not happen. Now all they have to say is sorry. Saying sorry now does not get my data back nor does it exist the incompetence and laziness of the people who work here I went here a few weeks ago. First let me tell you this was my third attempt at buying a laptop. In the previous weeks I had ordered one via phone and the website. The phone order I spent an hour on the phone with someone and then the order wasn’t made. So I did it again alone via the website. I get notified that my laptop is ready so I go down to pick it up. Turns out all they have are the accessories, and, while they have the exact laptop I ordered in the store they can’t give it to me even though I already paid for it because the online ordering system prompted a custom build of a stock MacBook, so now I had to wait 3 days for a stock laptop to be built so I could request a refund for it, then spend another 3k in the meantime if I wanted a laptop. So I waited a week for things to progress. I went down to the store I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I was left at the front waiting for over 30 minutes while I watched 3-4 staff members hang out with eachother. Them when they are finally ready to help customers they come and grab the other people who came after me because there’s no line or organization in that store. So since I knew exactly what I want I just asked them to process the order. I asked about how to transfer my old laptop files over and the sales man sells me an external drive that doesn’t even work with my old laptop that only has usb ports. He made the sale, he could have cared less about the rest. I was very concerned about this particular thing but he assured me it would be simple. Welp all I did was log into the new laptop and boom all of my files, documents, and music are gone. I called Apple care because I paid for that too. There is absolutely nothing they can do and I’m completely screwed. Thanks for ruining my life Apple.

Slightly deceptive customer service. Came in for a screen protector replacement and was told to remove my cracked screen protector and fill out a form. After doing so, customer service representative said they wouldn't be able to provide my replacement until the item shipped to their location. I came with a cracked screen protector and left with none. Be careful when interfacing with these representatives!

Very disappointed with apple. I purchased the iphone 15 pro a few months ago and now it doesnt work.
It disconnects from the carrier and leaves me without phone connection for days. The genius bar took the phone because they detected a hardware malfunction. Its gonna be days until I get it back but no one care about leaving me without a phone (which I need for my work). They said just to wait for an email.
So think twice before spending so much money on this unreliable phone, they are other brands for less than half the price that are much better.
Im switching to android after this:)

Just wanted to give a shoutout out to the store manager Enrique. After sending my AirPod max in twice for repairs with no resolution. Enrique took the time to further troubleshoot and took the whole day to confirm the issues I’ve been having. The repair department failed to do what he did and he was able to rectify my issue. Truly went above and beyond to assist me and I couldn’t be happier.
