I recently purchased a MacBook Air (traded in older model towards purchase). I was told everything would transfer over once I connected to WiFi at home. It did not (only the data stored on the cloud transferred over). The store kept my old laptop and assured me if everything did not transfer over correctly that I could always come back and re-do the migration process. I later returned to the store (I live an hour away) and worked with a manager (James). He was incredibly rude/displayed ZERO customer service or empathy towards what was actually a mistake on Apple’s part. A different tech (very helpful) was able to start the migration process and said the store would call me once it was complete. I left and ran errands. It was now 10 minutes before close, about 3 hours later, and I decided to come in and check to see if it was done (I did NOT receive a phone call stating it was complete). Turns out that my laptop WAS finished and was just sitting in the back. No acknowledgment of this error. I dealt with another technician (Aaron — incredibly rude, displayed ZERO customer service, seemed annoyed with the fact that I wanted to make sure that my laptop had everything transferred over; Aaron stated that the company was losing money each day that my old laptop wasn’t checked in/erased). ! Again, I live an hour away which means I would’ve had to come back (a third trip) the following day all because the store didn’t bother to follow up on calling me to say the migration process was complete. Again, I just spent almost $1,500 in this store, had to make 2 separate trips, and was shocked with how unprofessional these two individuals were towards a customer. I’m a long time apple customer and will not be back anytime soon. I’m a big believer in CUSTOMER SERVICE and I’m POSITIVE that Apple is unaware of how SOME (not all) of it’s managers and technicians are running this store. These two individuals = poor representation of what good business is about.

Very disappointing. Made a large order online for pick up at the Little Rock Promenade location (nearly $4,000). Each item was available for pick up that day. During the check out process it has dates and times for appointments. It forces you to make the appointment for pick up. I drove an hour to this location during a rain storm for my first Apple Store experience. When I arrived I walked all the way to the back of the store and had to interrupt to get assistance. The lady reluctantly looked my order up and did not find it. She then told me to call the Apple number. I waited for a half hour on the phone until the store closed and did not receive my order. Only spoke with the customer service on the phone who apologized for the inconvenience and said I would eventually get an email when the order was ready for pick up. Had to drive an hour home. Completely ruined my perspective on Apple stores and the purchase overall. Will not return or recommend.

HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Went in during my scheduled appointment time and one of the employees checked me in, only to have me sit and wait around for 20 minutes without anytime else even acknowledging I was there. Good price for the phone, but these guys don’t know the first thing about customer service—so beware when you go in for your pickup.

Well, I had an appointment at 1:45pm and checked in at 1:45pm. Nobody came to me until 2:12pm after I complained several times. What’s the point of appointment if we have to wait for almost 30 minutesEven worse was, obviously there were several employees idle and just browsing the store. The security guy, receptionist, and another guy named Patrick were not kind and didn’t care how customers feel. I have visited more than 20 apple stores across many states, and this store provided me with the worst experience ever. Oh, the person who helped me at the genius bar was good enough though.

Worst experience ever. We purchased a Mac book Air 2 weeks ago and it was a dud. So my wife went in today and they told her that she would have to come back tomorrow. I called and spoke to a lady named Heather while my wife was still there. So they got my wife a new computer. The problem I have is that I never should have had to call them. My wife is Asian and she doesn’t get the same treatment that other people do. Or at least it has happened before in the past. Me being a disabled veteran should not have to call up there to get someone to help her. You would think that for us purchasing a new computer that they would offer a gift card or something for her troubles. But Apple thinks they are doing us a favor. When I ran car dealerships I would never have treated my customers like this. We own about 10 Apple products which we love but they have gotten so big that they don’t care about their customers. I will also be sending a letter to the disabled veterans of America.
Thank you

I recently bought another iPad and had to have help setting it up. I had to set up an appointment to get with a team member and had to switch off to another member. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had to come back another day to reset some passwords, once again the service was excellent and the team members very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you! Thanks for not making an old man feel stupid!

The wait was about 5 minutes! That was great, but then, to have them sell my a line of crap about unlocking the phone was irritating. Either way the phone was returned and I went and bought a new one, from AT&T. Saved $900 and phone is unlocked. Need for use in Europe

My husband and I were there on September 1st and we had a great experience! Hearing about long wait times, we were a little hesitant to go get my AirPods checked (the sound wasn’t working right) and we only had to wait about 10 minutes max for a tech. Granted, we came on a Sunday, so maybe that was why we didn’t have to wait so long? Nonetheless, our tech (Johnathan, I believe) was wonderful to work with! He did the audio test and found the frequency of my AirPods were messed up! Luckily, I still had time with my Apple Care Warranty so they were able to replace my AirPods with no problem! It was a pretty simple process for us!
