Manager was super friendly and informative. Great shop, cool vibe inside. Great prices during certain times of the year. I personally wish they had a bit more Arbor Tahoe branded items but that’s just me.

Great service. Rachel is amazing. I tried on some gear Sunday, ordered/ paid for boots over phone Tuesday morning, and had them delivered in my hands by Wednesday 10am! Unbelievable.

Highly recommend.
The boards are works of art, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The manager even gave me a pair of old bindings for one of our boards.

Love my new Bindings! Got a pair of the Cypress's to go with my Westmark board! Huge shoutout to Tessa, super helpful and positive!! She made sure I was grabbing the right gear since I'm not super familiar with Arbor bindings (been riding Union for close to a decade). She best be getting a promotion to the prestigious position of Arbor Overlord after this, she deserves it!

I had bought a new Crosscut earlier online. Sadly in delaminated midday at Kirkwood. . . The manager took it and swapped it under warranty!!! Bought a t-shirt while I was there. Very cool shop and knowledgeable staff!!!
