My husband came here to buy a ring and he was helped by a girl with curly coily brunette hair that had an accent. I also went there and bought his ring from the same girl. I want to say her name started with an M but I can’t remember, I just remember the way she looked. A month into having my ring one of the diamonds fell(says a lot about the quality) I was covered due to their 90 or 60 day policy. I had my ring fixed and when it was time to pick up I went in, got my ring and bought the insurance for it which was close to 500$. I went in this year to have it inspected and clean and the lady that helped me said I didn’t have insurance. Obviously I was pissed. I had paid in cash that day and lost my receipt from a year ago. They had no record of the transaction so now I’m wondering if the store cheats people or the girl pocketed the money for herself. I don’t recommend this place. I’m very upset that I lost almost 500$ on stupid insurance. The girl who helped me that day could’ve looked forward into it but she didn’t. She just kept saying I didn’t have insurance. Under my account it showed other transactions for the ring I bought for my husband but nothing about my insurance purchase.
