I ordered a few French bar soaps online & were not pleased with how they looked. They were wrapped in individual plain plastic wrap which was okay. What I truly did not like was the fact that the soaps and the plastic wrap looked as left over stock. They did not look appealing. Next time I'll just order directly from the manufacturer.

I received my first and last order from this company! Half the items were MISSING? And another item was all over the other half of the items! I waited for 12 minutes to finally get someone on chat and then another 5 minutes to ask for my telephone number. The person I spoke to sounded VERY tired (I'm being kind) and unprofessional. He told me it was highly unusual that so many items should be missing and when I said I would go through my credit card company for a refund he told me that the packing was video taped. I will go through credit card company to return my money because the company refused!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...ordered from this company, thought I was getting a good deal but I ended up giving this company a donation and providing a porch pirate a free gift! I attempted to file a claim with the delivery service but was told (in other words) I was S.O.L. because 1Beauty didn't insure the package...Whyyyyyy entice customers with free shipping but fail to insure the package? How about asking the customer if they want to add insurance or better yet inform customers they are buying at their own risk?

The only store to purchase hard to find European beauty products in the entire United States. It is 122 miles east of los angles which takes about 1h 50 mins to reach there by car via CA-60 E and I-10 E
