Worst I have ever been to, I bought a phone which I found out paid over 3 times what it was worth. it did not work, she would not refund. she did bandaid fixes that only lasted a few days. I went back 7 times due to it stopped working again. I do not dislike anyone enough to recommend them to go to her. I ended up going to a different place to buy a new phone and it works wonderful, she never refunded me.
