Burlington is my go to store & i never had a problem before, but the customer service was not ok at this location , the casher right away was just worried about where i put my cart and asked me to move it out of the way right away. Then I come home to this, a security tag was left on my purchase , taking 25 minutes to cut it & also cutting my finger trying to do it . This was very disappointing I live 35 minutes from this location , wasn’t worth it .

I've gone here a couple of times. I like what they have to offer. Great gift ideas. At times though there cashier lines can be busy and no other cashiers are around to help.

I love my Burlington store here in Hemet except for these over Dallas women that come in with their kids and stroller every morning they come in and they're yelling at the workers cuz they want the Hello Kitty product and they don't let anybody get it except them there's one lady a specially that's always there with her baby stroller and her kids and they charge for the back they lay on the dog beds and wait outside are the shipping and receiving area and they're waiting and when they don't get what they want they start saying that they wanted they've been waiting it's not fair to all of us that are shopping and are happy to get one when we see it no they're attacking the workers there I'm elderly 68 and I'm not about to fight for something even though I would love it for my grandchildren it's a shame these kind of people come and take the product early in the morning so they could sell at eBay

Went to Burlington to shop for shoes...there is no place to sit and try shoes on...I tried while standing, huh what a joke...I had about 6 pair that I liked but only tried on 1 pair...did not buy one pair from this store...shoes are tied together and hard to put them on without sitting down! Hassle!
Even Walmart has a seat to sit on in their shoe department! Have you ever been in a store that sells shoes with no place to sit and try on!!!
I will warn others!
Never shopping at Burlington again!

I wouldn't go in this Burlington and again just because of the this lady greeter rudeness when I went in as a potential customer I turned right around just because of her rudeness and non politeness, now the young man was real respectful and polite

Came this morning around 10 am with my Mom with a positive vibe. We are excited to look at different kinds of stuff until this crew member seems to be in a bad mood, putting the stuff away and stocking. And every area where we are she is there and everytime we tried to look at something she intentionally walk back and forth rudely, makes us feel like we bother her working area. We don't appreciate her attitude, it put us in a bad mood to shop here. She's Sucks!!!
