I brought my laptop to one of their locations near where I lived. Their technician wasn’t in at the location I was at so I went to their west ashlan location and was able to get my laptop diagnosis. Seng their technician wasn’t located very helpful and the staff there also was friendly and kept me in the loop. Although they couldn’t find the parts for my laptop their costumer service is toptier. Would recommend anyone who has an issue with their devices to come here.

I’ve been back many times before for a broken screen repair. Not only do they have the best customer service, but the speed in which they complete all their repairs is astonishing highly recommend! Their prices are also very affordable!

Really great service, everyone was super nice. A little bit after I bought my iPhone 12 from here, I had dropped it but, they were able to fix it for me and even gave me a discount☺️. I would definitely recommend their service to anybody, they were very helpful!

Seng and Anthony went above and beyond to repair my broken phone and at a much lower price that was quoted at another shop. Bonus that the.phone was ready in 2 hours. They are fun but professional at the same time. I arrived feeling like Eeyore and left feeling like Tigger.

Personally one of the BEST electronic repair shops in Fresno. Edward, Erik Velo are too kind and will help get your electronic fixed for a VERY reasonable cost. Edward makes you feel like you’re family while Erik takes pride in his work and it shows. Will continue to give them my business and you should too!
