Brought both of my iPhones in (13&11) & was desperate to get at least one of them fixed , I took my phones to other places & they spent 3+ hours on just one and couldn’t get them fixed but these guys fixed BOTH in less than an hour. Friendly service , money well worth spent.

Only go if you desperate. Took none but a week and a half for my shit to break again BAD for half a drop. Shattered. Nice guy. While applying the new screen he asked who fixed the screen before I told him and was like why- he said you’re missing a screw? As I’m watching him fix it for $99 dollars I asked, isn’t this one of the screws I pointed on the desk. “That’s one of ours,” he said.

Been pushing my screen back into place ever since. Sometimes non reactive. Didn’t have the time to go back to fix it now it’s completely shattered. Called the place for any discounts or something. NOT even willing to work with me.. I think they offered to fix it for $88 in return. He said the other guy has nothing to do with him and he can offer nothing but an apology.

Yea.. so unless you got time to keep going back to the same spot.. I suggest you go somewhere else.

They are nice and friendly. all-around great customer service.the only reason why I didn't give them five stars is because they were have busy and they forgot to give me a SIM card in my phone. other than making a simple mistake it's a great little mom-and-pop shop and they deserve all the business that this town can throw at them.

I brought my older I Phone 8 in for a new battery and after a quick check from the gentleman behind the counter he said the battery was fine and I had too many background apps running. He could have easily over sold me but didn't. Honesty and integrity is their moto and they showed it today!

I think the reviews that are on here are for a different store that got shut down a while ago. These guys were fantastic. They helped me fix my phone and it only took 20 minutes and it was fairly priced. Recommended!!

I know them for about a year. They are selling great phones and offering great repair service. You can't find better place to buy a nice used phone, repair your device or to get low cost no contract plans. They are the best.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The shop its self has no signage for its name. Just small letters saying what it fixes. Its on the corner of a very busy road shared with the light rail with no parking except for directly infront of the shop.. if that is even legal.. This place lacks customer service. He told me he ordered my phone screen and that it would arrive the next day and he would fix it that day. After a few calls throughout that day to check in to see if there was any updates. I asked him to call me when the part arrives and he agreed. Its been 3 days since the promised day and no update, no call, no nothing. So I showed up at his business and he wasn't even there.. He will not be getting any business from me.
