Where do I even start

Was referred here by someone that this is the place to get help.
Found out that the axel is either bent or needed new rubber inside the bearing housing possibly.

We verbally agreed too two tires I asked how much Jeff said 30 after letting him know I just left discount tire.

They replaced two tires and retighten my right side bolt housing that connects the axel to the frame.

Paid got on the road and realized that I was overcharged when I stopped to see why it was almost $200.

I called Jeff answered and I asked why I was charged double for each tire as he advised me $30 per tire.

Jeff then stated $75 a tire… which $75 and $30 don’t sound close at all. I could tell immediately that he was not going to honor his word and said thank you have a great day and we disconnect the call.

I’m grateful they fixed my bolt that kept sliding however lying to me because I’m a colorful man meaning I am wearing rainbow overalls a orange t shirt that says you are my sunshine and blue slides with long hair and earrings and tattoos. All of this is valid because of the way I was looked at and some of the interactions with other shop members.

The bill for each tire is $63 minus extra fees which I was not advised about.

I would have thrown away my own tires and valve stems as that saves me in fees which is something you have to tell people.

I would have drove right back to Discount tire if that was the case. And saved close to $50 as I’m a traveler on SSI my budget is tight.

Had Jeff kept his word on the $30 tires my review would have been completely different.

For travelers needing assistance I would say this be weary of this shop as it’s clear that they will switch up the pricing and not honor there word.

These guys are top notch. They have been doing our work for years. We are hard on trailers and they always keep us up and going. I recently had new leaf springs tires and a bunch of stuff done to my camper they took great care of me and I’ve pulled it 6k plus miles since. They have repaired my excavator trailers and goosenecks many times and always do a great job.

We got referred to Champion by a 30-year RV technician in the area when we landed in Jacksonville with a bent axle. The Champion team was knowledgeable, fair, and extremely friendly.

We ended up with a drop axle version of the axle we needed, and the owner came out to help us brainstorm a solution. He called a local place and had them rebuild a specific part for us and had his guys strip down the axle we had to make it work.

This saved us about $500 and got us back on the road several days faster. These guys went the extra mile and were so helpful. I can't say enough positive about our experience. We feel very lucky to have found them.

Would definitely recommend and would go out of our way to go back to them for future work.

Parker was a huge help to my family on the way out of town (vacation). We started having issues with the electric brakes on our camper. He went above and beyond staying late to assist us with getting safely back on the road, and even made some changes to help us pull the camper easier. Champion Trailer is a great place and highly recommended!
