Great store / place to grab a gift for a loved one, or self if looking for a comfy pair of shoes. I've used my Lite Rides for several months and thought it was a thoughtful gift for a loved one of mine. Staff is always friendly and helpful, store is always clean and organized, so no complaints. While "Crocs" may not be for all, if they suit your liking, then by all means I would say if in the area stop in and see their wide array and variety that they stock.

If you are into the Croc-branding footwear, they have a wide selection of colors, sizes and styles to select from. You can also shop for Croc-branded accessories to go with your Crocs which include themes such as Pokemon to letters, animals, food for starters to ultimately customize your Crocs any way you like. As can be expected, sales and promotions may be in effect upon your visit, which can bring your final purchase price way down. Ample and easy parking close by which is a plus and the staff was friendly. Military discounts are available with a current military ID!

They need serious customer service training. They didn't greet me she just started screaming cash or card so I didn't even know what was going on and then when we get the receipt they don't say have a good day or thank you or anything. I will not be giving anymore money to this company thats for sure especially after the other stores had such good customer service yall were a joke 😂🤣😂🤣

As a business owner myself I refuse to support this business I brought two pair of shoes back that were tried on with tags and not used paying over $120 for both and they refused to take them back. They were tried on in my house and they are refusing to exchange. Do your self a favor go to another store. I don’t know how businesses in this economy survive off ripping people off.

Love my crocs but this time they did not have my size. We did get my granddaughter some and she loved them and has worn them every day. We also got her four of those cute buttons for her crocs but she lost them before we got them out of the box. Never let a three yr old carry items in from the store. Lesson learned

I was in Crocs heaven y'all.
Now It wasn't until post cancer I became a Crocs fanatic. When radiation destroys your hips and leaves you with neuropathy and bending to tie shoelaces hurts, and makes your heart rate jump, you switch to shoes that are easy and comfortable. CROCS... ALL DAY EVERY DAY AND THIS STORE HAD MY MIND SPIRALING. The designs, styles, and variety of Crocs had me wanting to spend every penny. The employees were so amazing, friendly, and aiming to please..
Don't get me started on the selection of Crocs pins....omg

Cute Crocs to choose from and they even let you buy pins and deco for your shoes and help you put it on if you can't. However they made us stand in a long line outside in the heat bc they have a maximum occupancy rule but it was very odd considering the pandemic is pretty much over. 2020 called they want their policies back..no other store is doing this in the plaza or anywhere else for that matter. Get with the times

I wanted to return items that were purchased online and was told they could process the return but I would only get the item price not the sales tax paid unless I sent them back via mail. I buy a lot of items online and never had a retailer not be able to refund the tax. It says nothing about this on their website and when I called Crocs customer service they said that should not be the case. Wait time was annoying. There were three people at the counter but only one was actually at a register helping a customer. Another associate finally helped me but after I stood there waiting. Lastly, one of the associates said, wow these shoes are really big. Ok…kind of a rude thing to comment in front of a customer.
