Twice they gave a tube with short valve they didn’t talk to me about it . They gave me a very long deep rim without consulting me where the valve doesn’t reach they charge me without telling me how much earlier . They charge me for a extension bcause the pump don’t reach they charge me for their own mistake they told me that companies don’t make long valves where e bay & Amazon are full of them they gave the tire where the cap doesn’t reach they said you don’t need a cap for the valve top technician is bad won’t tell you the truth he just wants money

I had dropped off a rim and tire for them to fix a couple spokes, that week got a call saying they had to order a whole new rim and would contact me when it had arrived, which is all good but that was about three months ago. Called to see where we were on the ordered rim about a month ago and they hadn't even ordered it. I have had patience but 3 months with no heads up or a call saying they can't do it would be nice. Must be really busy......

I used Cycle Masters to repair a damaged tire. They had a reasonable turn-around time and the price was good. The employees were also friendly and quick with helping me. The prices on their bikes are pretty steep though. I'm not a true bike enthusiast so maybe the prices are fair, but speaking as someone who uses a bike as a tool to get around and does so pretty cheaply, the prices seem high.

Honestly, don’t waste your time going here. Zachary Bell and the new owner do not care about your bike. I had them build a brand new $800 bike and they just put the most careless effort. My chain slack was loose and my front fork had a scratch on it. He didn’t even ask if I wanted my seat adjusted!? The tech, Zachary, didn‘t say much other than “Credit or Debit”. Yo, it’s a brand new bike. Also, upon pickup, they didnt even go over the bike with me nor did they want to. The owner just said, “take a spin and see what you want adjusted”, as he sat there on the computer. This was after picking apart the bike before I left. Maybe he got a little scared that I’d notice the scratch? I’m pretty sure when anyone picks up something, new/used with work done from a shop, they’d appreciate work being reviewed. At this point, the old owners were 100x better than these guys.

They made me wait a week to just get a brake fixed I don’t like that because I had to go somewhere with the bike and I’m still waiting to get the bike back and now I can’t go there because it’s to late so don’t who there to get your brakes fixed.
