Such a phenomenal store, family owned & operated, huge selection of new & used (variety of brands), great prices, fantastic service. If you’re looking for firearms & accessories in NWA, come check out Decatur Gun and Pawn. Since finding this store, I won’t buy a firearm from anywhere else.

i love this place. love the family. As a female i have never been treated as dumb just because im a female!!!! Most shops will treat you like your dumb or take advantage of you because your female. Met these guys at a gun show this weekend. Everyone was friendly, they had a good selection, and their prices were reasonable. I was taking a friend through their first handgun purchase, which went smoothly. When the transaction was over, they handed him the firearm without a box, case, or trigger lock. That's not too out of the norm for a gun show. However, I'm relatively certain that FFLs are required to provide a trigger lock with any handgun sale and when I requested one on behalf of my friend, the seller told me, "You don't need a trigger lock. This isn't a Muslim country yet. It's in the Constitution".

It was a weird shift of pace from the friendly conversation we'd been having and when I suggested that I was pretty sure we couldn't legally transport the firearm without a case, he insisted that wasn't the case rather than taking the time to discuss, clarify, or double check local regulations. Admittedly, transporting a firearm without a case is a bit of a gray area in Arkansas, but the salesman's complete unwillingness to support safe and legal firearm ownership (trigger lock) or responsible transportation (case) didn't leave me with the feeling that this was a responsible bunch.

I ended up giving my friend a spare lock that I had available, but given the option to shop elsewhere, I probably would in the future.

I have been dealing with them for a few years now. They are always fair and really do take care of their customers. With the current environment it is nice to know there are businesses out there that are not trying to mark up the prices to try and get rich. I would recommend them for any gunsmithing or purchases. If they don't have it, they will find it for you.

I had put a weapon on consignment with them. Some of their friends buy older era weapons. It sold and as always, I am happy with the sale.
BTW, I call them friends and if you do business with them then you'll see why. Stop by or give them a call. They always have neat stuff in stock.

These guys are legit. They know what they are talking about and always give fair deals. They don't seem like predators. I've bought 2 guns from them and they didnt try to sell me on garbage and are honest about what they think about certain firearms so you never have to worry about them hard-selling you on something they wouldnt personally shoot. They are also fun to talk to. I'll be using them for all my purchases from now on. Even if they don't have something I want, I'll be using them as my FFL. Never going to another big box store again.
