I read all the reviews and was prepared for what might occur. But to our surprise the young lady who assisted us was more than helpful and informative. She must have brought out 10 pairs of boots for my husband, running back and forth to the warehouse to get the correct sizes and colors. I felt like we were working that poor girl to death. However, she was polite and kept a smile on her the whole 2 hours we shopped. We ended up with 2 pair of beautiful boots and she helped us find belts to match.
The girl at the counter was equally as pleasant and offered us a small discount.wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

The owner treated me very well. 1st time ever buying cowboy clothes, and he helped me every step of the way. From picking boots all the way to picking my sombrero. I will definitely continue to shop here.

I suggest you guys don’t come here… Horrible service! The old lady (in her 40s) in front with heavy make up is so rude and has the worst customers service. Idk how she still has a job there? Didn’t welcome my family in the store. All the girls just do is talk and didn’t ask if we need help with anything. Only 2 young guys there were helpful but when we change our mind on wanting something the old lady flip and said she has better things to do then waste her time. Who talks to they’re staff and customers like that? We felt so unwelcome and I gave this place a second chance but the old lady still has a really bad attitude.

Worst store ever I tried to return item for a different size that have tag but I lost my receipt but I show them statement of my bank that I brought here they were rude unprofessional I will not shop here ever again i let my people know not to come

Worst store I've ever frequented. Worst service I've ever received in my life. Literally kicked out for browsing the store. The owner is very patronising and offensive! "You are not buying? Then leave!" If you look their store up on the internet, other people have had the same complaint. It seems like the owner doesn't understand what the retail experience entails. They sell overpriced, cheap Mexican goods. I'm surprised these guys are still in business. You would be better off going somewhere else than give these horrible people your hard earned money.

My husband and I had a great experience at this store. We were shopping for my nephew's son who is turning 3 and loves horses and cowboys. They were very helpful, and we walked out with boots, a belt and a hat! Very fun experience.

Horrible service & thieves!!! Merchandice at 49.99 and when purchasing they change it to 59.99 and price tag said 49.99 ratas. They need to teach their employees good customer service.. my advice to the public.. Order on line

Let's just be real as REAL can get , most of this store's merchandise is of poor quality " cheap" very over priced customer service is of poorest service ever experienced. This store's just a money laundering front plain and simple.
