The cashier was very rude. I was nice saying thank you to him and he totally ignored me. He was mad because i did a return or why he was mad? Only he knows. I asked him if he was mad or what happened because i didn’t even say a word while he was doing everything. He just said NO and he turned around when i was still talking to him. I don’t know what i did wrong but when he was giving me the receipt he gave me an attitude. I used to go there a lot of times and the people that is working there have been always really nice. Not today. I hope somebody can let him know he needs to be nicer with people. I understand sometimes there are some customers that are rude to the workers but thats not me.

I stepped into this shop as a skeptic. Would the shirt sold here fit me because I remember the clothing was exclusively for very thin customers. I was surprised to find super slim, slim, and regular fit clothing. The slim fit me just fine. What I enjoyed the most were the unique patterns of clothing, the sharp collars, and the slim fit. The shirts do not bulge out too much. Here, you can find your precise fit. The prices were good also and plenty of stock. I found my size in everything.

If anyone is looking for a quick but great quality of business casual or professional clothing, this is the place to go and check out. I bought a suit for a business trip and their quality and price is better than an any other place I’ve shopped at.

While suit shopping for my graduation, I needed to try on items to ensure they fit for professional photos. I brought with me two shirts and pocket squares purchased from an outside vendor to try on with the two suits I was planning to purchase. I ensured to keep the tags on the items, receipts and the original bag to ensure there would be no confusion about where the items were purchased. When escorted to the fitting room, no one questioned us (my wife and I) about the bag with the items. This lead me to believe that I would have no issues trying on suits with the items. While trying on the suits, it appeared that store team members assumed I was trying to steal merchandise. They sent back a team member who was working the fitting room and she began to ask questions about prom. She assumed I was in high school and I explained to her that I wasn’t and was shopping for graduation photos for my Master’s degree. We (my wife and I) were never asked if we needed additional items and never asked what was in the bag, but were continuously hovered over. Of note, the bag with outside vendor items never went in the actual fitting room with me. It stayed outside the room with my wife the entire time. When I needed certain items from the outside vendor, I ensured the actual fitting room door was open and stepped out to hold items against the suits to again ensure there was no confusion. Right as we were walking out of the fitting room, another team member came back. We both then were frustrated and uncomfortable, so we proceeded to the front to check out. Right before checking out, I specifically asked the team member who checked us out, if they wanted/needed to see what was in the outside vendor bag because I did not appreciate the perception that we were stealing. He said no that wasn’t needed and proceeded to check us out - of which we purchased both suits I came in to try on. We are consistent and frequent customer at this Express store specifically, and I personally tend to only come to the Outlets to shop there. Most of the team members in the store have actually checked both me and my wife out on more than one occasion. However, after that experience, I will no longer be returning.

Would have been a five star visit but the worker kept following me like was a thief. Store was neat and organized. The atmosphere was mellow. I would always shop at an express factory outlet and even buy online, but this store would be a seldom or last minute visit. Sorry to say but that is the only reason it didn't make 5 stars.

Let’s be real, this is just a glorified H&M, but I did find the customer service at this location to be top notch. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly. I even scored a dress shirt on sale. I only wish they’d bring an Express to the Promenade.

One of the few places in Little Rock that sell slim and super slim clothing for men (they have clothing for women too). The quality of shirts are better now than previous years. Reasonably priced as well. I shop here about every two weeks.
