I was expecting my tablet to be delivered late in the day but I decided to check the FedEx Ship Center and spoke with Luis at the counter. Luis checked the computer and told me it was still on the truck and it would take a while for it to be unloaded. Luis then said, "Let me see what I can do." Luis called me 20 minutes later and told me my package was ready for pickup. I have had trouble with FedEx in the past so I know Luis went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it. Luis gave great service.

I know FedEx gets a bad reputation for the mistakes or the lack of respect the contractors used by FedEx have. Most of the drivers don’t even care to take the packages and will use what I call safe codes so that the contractors won’t get in trouble. Code 7, 34, or 4 on business. What customer is going to ask for a future delivery when they’re expecting what they order. Fresno, ca facilities lack experience in management or are understaffed in the important positions to hold the contractors accountable. Most people are assigned supervisors or leaders. In other words they’re all friends giving friends positions they don’t deserve. These people don’t even know what team stands for in team work. They say they’ve put in they’re time and don’t do any work but will pat they’re back and say stuff like, look at what I did like they’re the ones unloading or loading the trucks. For those who don’t know team stands for = together everyone accomplishes more. Team work.

This location is right next to the airport. It was cool seeing the FedEx and UPS airplanes.

This place got us in and out easily. We needed to ship something from Fresno to Stockton and the lady at the counter was super helpful with what size box we needed and we were able to get it shipped next day for a great price.

We were helped and in and out within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend it to anyone with last minute shipping needs.

Someone placed a FedEx Express package in the wrong pile and I caught it after all the vendors had already picked up, so to give our customer the service they paid for, I drove it to Fed Ex Ship Center and hand delivered it to make sure it made it to the airplane in time.
Customers keep the doors open.

Signed on the app to make sure my package was delivered. Driver took it back anyway claiming it was undeliverable. 1(800) said that the driver should have left it but there was nothing i could do other than drive 20 miles to pick it up.

Representative called to say I could come to clovis,ca today and pick up my item. I told her it was supposed to be delivered at Walgreens 1.1 mile away today. I chose this option because last time the kept missing package drop off and saying I wasn't home, even though I was. I asked why it wouldn't be delivered as instructed and the rep said it won't be delivered to Walgreen for 4 additional days even though it was in my same city.

I tried to call back but was stuck with the virtual operator who said my package would be delivered tomorrow. Tracking shows package is in clovis,ca 4 miles away, but the female live representative said it wont be delivered until Monday. WHY IS A PACKAGE 4 MILES AWAY TAKING AN ADDITONAL 4 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED BY 10PM THE PACKAGE IS LESS THAN 8 POUNDS!!!!

I'm a frequent Fedex customer and this is my go-to hub. Most of my packages get delivered here, and whenever I need help, the girls who work here are amazing! I just want to thank Tammy, Gaby, Grace, and the morning crew for always going above and beyond for me whether it's holding a package, making sure my packages are packed/delivered on a timely manner. They always help me with the brightest smile, the kindest attitude and just exceptional service whenever I come here. Your girls are the best !!! And lastly the driver who always come deliver to my house in Clovis! I do not know his name but he's a young white male, and wears glasses!! I know Grace knows which driver I'm referring to! Oh he is the best!! Thank you!
