Avoid this place at all cost. They tried to change the screen on my phone after it was cracked, and after trying to attach a new screen 3 times it continued to come off the phone. They then used so much glue it got all over the phone and broke the fingerprint sensor. When I told them this they said they were not responsible for the broken sensor. They went on to accuse me of trying to take the screen off after they glued it on, claiming I damaged the sensor (this did not happen, why would anyone do that). At this point I asked for a refund but even though the phone was now more broken than before, they denied all responsibility and claimed they don't give refunds for labor. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

When they were open they were able to replace the battery on my phone. 12-18-2024 went to the shop but the business is now gone from Tanforan.

do not take your phone to this place. they don't know how to work on i phone.i have my phone for fix because it not turn on. it take him three day and have not get fix. i went there back and fow back and fow three time. first tell me circut board. then tell me mother board.do not wasting time to this place.trust me.

Dropped my brand new iPhone 15 Pro and cracked the screen! FixBee came through like champs. They replaced the screen quickly and professionally. Asylgul is the best! She replaced my phone screen the same afternoon I brought it to her, even though another nearby place I had tried first didn't have the screen in stock due to supply chain issues. The screen ended up having some manufacturer defects, not FixBee's fault, and thanks to their one-month warranty, Asylgul replaced it again at no charge, and it has been working great. They really saved me because otherwise I would have had to mail my phone into the manufacturer and would have been without a phone for days!

I should have called ahead to make sure they had the right phone glass replacement because when I got there they didn’t have the right one in stock. But then I came back the next day and it only took 20 minutes to fix! I hope not to break my phone screen again but will definitely be going back here if I do

I have used this place twice….both times I came out very very satisfied, as a returning customer last week, the guy added a new case seeing how my kids drop my phone every so often. Thank you thank you and he waited till I rushed to pick up my kids before he closed store.
Very professional and very friendly will definetly use this place again. I recommend this place to everyone!!
