They have cute selections of dresses and accessories. I went in there because of something I like from the windows and lost myself in there for 1.5 hours.

The employees were super rude and unfriendly. Not one said hello, or asked if we needed help at all. I was going to purchase some items, but the unwelcomeness of these girls made me choose to leave. The experience was definitely a 0/10, it felt like I was in a room full of sassy teenage girls. I hope this behavior from any employee will never be tolerated.

Had a bad experience recently when trying to return my online order. They wouldn't accept a return even though it wasn't more than 30 days..I also requested for a store credit but they refused to give that as well. I'm not sure why. I had to ship the return back in which I lost 5 dollars for shipping.

Worst customer service ever. If I could mark 0 stars I would. No one greeted. No greeting even after the gals saw my daughter and I shopping and browsing. They (“sweta” and the curly blonde hair gal) were too busy talking about their evening plans, as the blonde gal was getting off her shift (apparently) The one blonde curly hair gal couldn’t say “BYE” any louder like 5x. She was definitely lacking spacial awareness bc she was actually yelling BYE near my ears. I had 2 sunglasses to purchase. The gal “sweta” (associate’s name on my receipt) had her hands FULL and tried to ring me up. She DROPS one of the sunglasses onto the floor; still hands full. Says to me “you’re good” and proceeds to ring them up. I wanted to look at them to make sure they weren’t scratched or chipped/broken (because they DROPPED onto the cement floor) She gave me a look as if I was a bother. This was definitely my first and last time shopping at this messy, unfriendly store.

My 13 year old wanted to get in to the store after she liked what she saw while window shopping. We were warmly greeted by Marissa and she helped my 13 yo daughter pick her outfit patiently helping her with multiple choices. I loved that she was so helpful and took the stress out of shopping for my daughter. This is a small store with a lot of good clothing options and very friendly staff

The “manager” blonde white girl with curly hair was extremely rude and very unprofessional when talking to customers. She had such a rude tone over a simple question…it felt like a micro aggression, i’m NEVER coming here again! Also they had only one girl working the front and the line was extremely long. Poor management and lack of customer care from this place overall, don’t support this business. If you read the recent reviews it’s clearly a pattern.

Extremely rude employees, especially the manager with brown hair. Discriminatory, showed attitude, and wasn’t willing to honor signage. There was a discount available and she would not honor it and even took the signage down when I pointed it out.
