This is an awesome locally-owned store that frequently gives back to the community. Everyone I have encountered is always extremely friendly. I've been to multiple wine and workouts they host, and I decided I wanted to purchase my next pair of shoes here to support them. Sean was knowledgeable and amicable and helped me find the right pair of shoes today. Being a nurse, it's important for me to have good-quality shoes, and he helped steer me in the right direction. Great experience. Referred here by a FB friend and happy to have a Smyrna small business to support. Bobby was friendly, knowledgable, thorough, and an excellent (sneaky) service provider! After analyzing my shoe size, arch, and gait, he had a strong idea of what would be ideal. Bringing out multiple options, he carefully watched my face and reaction without comment as I tried each pair. The third was the ringer, and he was spot on. Several shoes felt good, but only one felt perfect. Trust people to do what they do.

One of the owners(I forget his name) came to a local running club to support and talk to the runners. I needed new running shoes and he mentioned he had a shop nearby. FullScope is super close to my house so I thought "Why not?" The owner was very helpful and knowledgable when helping me find a pair of running shoes that fit, were still cute and that gave me the arch support I need. I tried on 4 different pairs before finding the perfect ones and the owners very patient with me testing them all out.
The only downside is that they don't carry Brooks. I didn't mind this because I don't care about brand names too much but use a heads up.

Excellent experience today at FullScope! Went in and was helped quickly by the gentleman there. I wanted a new pair of shoes and he guided me through fitting and sizing. Super nice, personable and knowledge. I’ve never had a pair of shoes that fit and felt better. I didn’t even knew that they were a brand new business that opened right before COVID and had to shut down—glad to see a pleasant local business doing well in the pandemic era.

My experience here was wonderful! I was helped by Jae and she was so informative and knowledgeable about my specific needs. I left the store thoroughly satisfied and more educated about my fitness concerns. Bought the Altra Escalante shoes that practically pamper my feet! Nate is great! I had my eyes on a pair of shoes that I noticed during one of the monthly workout events held at the store. I ended up buying 3 pairs! All very comfy and reasonably priced.

Great bike shop. I really wanted to try an Elliptigo bike before purchase. I was able to try one out for awhile to be certain I wanted to purchase one. They are the only location in Georgia that has Elliptigo bikes on site. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions to help me decide which model was best for me. I ordered an Elliptigo 8c. It was delivered to the store. They assembled it and delivered it to my house, along with demonstrating how to fold the handle, use the kickstand, etc. Great service!
