Placed the order for balloons
We ordered teal/black latex cluster of 6 and another cluster of 6 red/yellow and 6 football balloons. 2 balloon people. Instead we got red/green latex. Was supposed to have hi float in all latex. Obviously no hi float in the latex. Flat at 6 this morning. We also picked up 4 Mylar ( both team balloons and 2 helmets). That night they were deflating .was told they can re inflate or bring them in. Not acceptable
We had our delivery scheduled between 10-12 and we confirmed twice instead they show up at 1:00 and have no idea
about the football ballon’s. Had to back and get them and bring that. The people delivery said no idea about the balloons

I've had two experiences with Funtastik Balloons and Party Rentals. I will start with the most recent. On 8/15/24, I placed an online order for two balloon bouquets for my parent's 68th anniversary. The website clearly states, "Please email us the time you would like to pick them up... " So, I emailed them the pick up date of 8/24 @ 3 pm. About an hour after placing the order, I received an email, "your order is ready for pick up. Please come by at your earliest convenience". I thought, hmmm , maybe they hadn't seen my email yet. Anyway, on 8/24 @ 3pm, I show up at the location for pick up and they're closed!!! You would think someone would have reached out initially when I didn't pick up the order on 8/15... no!! They just charged my credit card! And again, once they read my email about the pickup date & told me they're closed on the weekends since its summer. No, no one reached out!! So, at the last minute , I had to regroup and ended up at Albertsons where they were very helpful!

My first experience with Funtastik Balloons was in November 2023. I ordered balloons to be delivered for my niece's birthday party. This time, I placed the order in person @ the business. The balloons arrived, but on the wrong day!!! After a discussion with the business, they took the balloons back to the store. And returned on the correct date with my order. On that occasion, Funtastik did provide customer service and the balloons were nice. Hence, my reason for ordering from them again.

However, based on both experiences and Funtastik being unable to get the dates correct for either occasion, I will no longer be ordering from them in the future.

This was the best experience for my granddaughter ever. Her birthday was saturday and I went to them on Wednesday. They were very helpful and delivered the bouncer on time.and you could not of found this service at a better price! Elsa came and fully entertained the birthday girl and her twin 👋😊🤗. My daughter and grand daughters said it was the best ever. I will definitely use their service again and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same with the kids not being able to have friends over this was a perfect birthday solution

I ordered a balloon garland recently for my daughters Minnie mouse theme birthday party, we got some great pictures of the whole family under it, the colors were perfect and it looked beautiful where they suggested we put it!!! customer service was great, they called me before they arrived so I could make it a surprise for my daughter. They were quick to set it up and they made my day :)!

I have to say they came through more than 110%. If it was not for there follow up I would have assumed everything was good but I had not paid just signed the agreement. They had no problems saving me. They delivered amazing 30 balloons in a unbelievably short amount of time. Definitely a great place to do business with.

Just make a bunch of excuses not worth The $600 that was spent
