I visited this place today with my parents to change our phone plans. It only took an hour to switch and set up plans for a total of six phones, including other family members' phones and work phones. The Korean staff, I think he is the owner, was very kind and efficient. I've been visiting here for 13 years, and I've never been disappointed.

They sent me a new sim due to their system upgrade. I activated a new sim and somehow they assigned me a new number. Tried to contact customer services several time to restore my old number but no response through chat and phone. Was put on hold for over an hour, no one was available to help. No help available with chat line either. Stay away from this company.

My daughter has lost her phone and I placed an order two weeks ago for a replacement SIM card. I have not received the SIM card after two weeks. I have called and chatted few times but they have no idea why the sim has not been shipped. It is very frustrating and disappointing. I am paying for a service that I cannot use and they have no answer for me

Great service. Extremly satisfied. He went above and beyond to help upgrade my mother's phone today. You do have to go in when it's not busy, as the owner can take a while to help each customer.

Don’t go. The guy who sell the phone doesnt even have a manner for customers. There is no respect for you guys and it’s full of scams when you contract your mobile.Selling used phone as new one. He got illegal benefit from doing weird contracts and you will find out if you go different stores.

I went here to upgrade my phone. The manager explains every single detail of promotion to a T going on at the time to save costs for myself. I was able to save costs while upgrading to a new phone thanks to the promotion I took advantage of at the time.

I reviewed this store early this year. I made very very wrong review. Owner's mind is only for new customers and really doesn't care existing customer
I didn't recommend this store any more. This store is not real Verizon store it is Hello mobile in Google!!
