I had a great experience at iSolution Repair! The honesty here is what stood out the most, no upselling, no unnecessary add-ons, just straight-up quality service. That’s the main reason I chose to go with them.

The screen replacement was super fast, done in just about 25 minutes. The inside of the shop is welcoming, and they even have some accessories for sale, which is a nice touch. If I ever need another screen repair or any service for my iPhone, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend

Got my iPhone SE gen 2 screen replaced today. $65 and a 30 minute wait, was worth every penny. Had a couple companies tell me it was $80 plus a 2 hour window of completion. Go here , better service, rates, and a time saver. Definitely recommend

I brought my phone in for repair. It had a broken screen. The technician working there diagnosed my smart phone to have a bad/exploded battery. He went ahead in just repairing a new screen. In doing so, he cracked the new screen when placing it onto the phone due to the batteries curve (it wasn't flat). Then he showed me the damage. Saying he now needed to order new parts to fix the mistakes that he had caused along with a additional fee for a new battery. Asking me to prepay $64 for these parts and unable to specify an exact date when these parts would be in. He just estimated a few days and gave me a hand written receipt expressing how I needed to bring a remaining $70 cash upon pickup.
I went back and forth from this facility to my home on several occasions only to continuously have an unworking phone. He would place temporary hacks to fix the phone using items like scotch tape, rubber bands, and excuses. All leading me to drive to another phone repair store to have a working phone again.
I tried to obtain a refund, but this man refused. He gave me the run around, asking to see my original broken phone screen and even when producing this item, he still refused. I feel robbed of my money and several days of strenuous hassles trying to get this person to make my phone operational. All to just go some where else and to receive proper and professional service. My phone was fixed that same day.
I highly recommended to stay away from this business! I believe this company is sketchy, unprofessional, and steals your money. Don't trust them!

Went yesterday to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced (I figured if I could get a new battery I could postpone getting a new phone as everything else with the phone still is functional). Very reasonable price especially considering the labor and part needed and the fix was fast (I just hung out for 25 min or so while it was replaced). So far the phone and battery are working just as I had hoped. Very pleased with your shop!

I have had only awesome experiences here. I moved back to Costa Mesa from Silicon Valley about 18 months ago, and no sooner was I down here than I had an issue with my MacBook Air. I thought, "OMG, I'm here in Orange County - not exactly known for its tech community. What am I gonna do?" I found iSolution and brought my MacBook in. The guy fixed it right away while I watched. He didn't even charge me.

Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it.

Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything. I picked it up and he charged me reasonably. It is completely fixed and am on my laptop right now!

Friendly and nice customer service! i have recommended from my uncle this shop. Their store is so professionally, quick service, fast repair. My phone XR broken LCD and a little water damaged, just about 90 mins everything is fixed, my phone now is back to life with a great price ever compare to surrounding shop. I'm so happy to have it in town. Thanks again ISOLUTION. I would have recommended a lot more people to come here then.

The guy got a second star only because my dog chewed up the top of my phone and he made it somewhat usable again. Other than that, I had to return the next day because the cameras were inoperable and the proximity sensor wasn't working, he charged me additional to repair what should've been done originally plus the proximity sensor worked correctly again and the ear piece sound was extremely low. All of which I lived with for over a year. Being the only person at the time for repairs I took a different phone to him and this time the mic didn't work afterwards so my wife had to speakerphone calls till she got a new one. Wasn't until recently that my screen cracked, I ordered a replacement for 85% lower plus it wasn't just the LCD but the entire display assembly which included ALL new sensors and ear speaker, when I opened mine up I can see numerous areas where he just didn't bother putting screws and brackets to hold everything together nice and snug. I opened up wife's to check hers and the same thing. The guy is like a micro screw troll or something. Costs me $~40 to do my own and his charges would've been $150 easily. Anyway avoid him.
In finishing this I withdraw my two star and he's lucky he got one star now.

In need of a new battery for my aging Samsung Galaxy s8 a co-worker recommended iSolution. I'm glad he did, I was in and out with a new battery installed at a very reasonable price. If you need them, I recommend them!
