My wife wanted to check out this store while we were at Universal City Walk. She loves jewlery so when she saw them while we were walking, she wanted to go inside. She first took a look at their necklace in display then Myra (I think was her name) came to ask if we needed any assistance. My wife had a bunch of questions so Myra helped her and also give recommendations as well. When she was doing that, I was walking around the store and looking at what they had. My wife decided she wanted a necklace so I got it for her. I saw they had a bowl next to the cashier and asked what it was for. Myra said it was to energize your jewlery or whatever you brought from there so she energized my wife necklace for her. They don't give receipt here so be aware, I choose the text message option. It send me a link but when I opened it, it took me to an error page.

Lexie and her coworker were so helpful and accommodating! They had great recommendations to offer while I was picking out gifts for my friends. If you are looking for a gift for someone special or for yourself, I highly recommend buying jewelry here. The shopping experience was excellent and the vibes are great. I ended up buying something for myself and they cleansed and energized my jewelry in the singing bowl. Thank you again to Lexie and her coworker! Namaste!

I went into your city walk location and was overwhelmed by Mariah’s sales technique and customer service methods . My usual shopping habits are high end due to you get what you pay for . It was not only worth my usual dot shop till you leave , but I got more than I expected thanks to her ideas on gifts , but also my personal look. I’ll definitely shop here again thanks to Mariah’s sales techniques.

I really wanted to get this , I fell in love .. but the workers are just not good energy .. they stand nearby or follow around… like I would’ve bought this because at the end they are just workers but still I am pretty sure the owner knows how the workers are so ..
No thank you 😊 rather support other businesses … for a spiritual store horrible employers .. nothing compared to the Vegas locations

My lady brought me over to Karma and Luck here located in City Walk Universal. We had the pleasent experience of bieng helped out by Mariah and Carter. Who were extremely knowledgable, friendly and went out of there way to show us there great selection of gems. I felt the best energy at this store and mind you I go to alot !
