Received my FREE SIM card in 2 days from Georgia to Maine via FedEx. Deactivation link they give you doesn't work. So I went on to their home website and click the login tab and finally found the activate button. I have an unlocked ulefone but I could never activate with mainstream companies but I figured I'd give it a try. Typed in the IMEI number exactly and got an error message, so I deleted the last 2 numbers after the slash and it worked. Then you have to type in the SIM card number, and I got another network error when I put the Sim on my phone anyways and to my surprise it works! So there's definitely some bugs but I think most of these bad reviews are from people who are not very tech savvy. Customer service does sound like a nightmare though hopefully I don't have to ever call em!

This has to be the absolute worse Provider in the country. My aunt is 84 yrs old so obviously she is not savvy with technology. As a result I had to do everything for her. First problem is checking with the application online. It says incomplete, atrached required documents and the application status never changed. Second problem I called, after waiting for over 10 minutes I finally got someone from another country on the phone, he couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him.

Applied for phone and paid the $15 for shipping. They never sent the phone and never refunded the money. I would not recommend dealing with these scammers.

Never had any issues with the provider carrier...wish they would send the company better long lasting batteries for their phone ...sometimes when using a certain app or my mobile data causes battery 🔋 to get extremely hot ...sky device is the one I use and reorder..hope it's in stock ..not sure Maxwell phones will be same or better depends on stock available at purchase order ..no problems with phone agents always helpful with my questions .I'll update the star rating after my newest purchase phone for review...hope I get a sky device phone with good battery 🔋

Actually I didn't want to give them any stars they have the rudest people that I have ever spoken with or had to deal with in life barely spoke English I've been on the phone for 4 hours trying to get a problem taking care of they did everything from hung up on me to curse me out very rude and unprofessional please don't use this company

Life wireless kept me on hold for 10 minutes while they canceled my life wireless account and then told me I had to call back tomorrow the very next day to cancel my life wireless account again.
