Great experience working with Cowboy! Quick and friendly . Was able to get pricing for new toy hauler and quote for our trade in. Excellent price on new Momentum Toy Hauler and fair price on trade in. Finance Manager Jose was great and quick on responses. I had a preapproval and there was no pressure to go with their financing. Day of pick up went smooth , Cowboy had everything ready, Ralph did the orientation, went over everything, and answered all our questions. He also helped us get the trailer attached to our truck. Picked up yesterday and already out enjoying it! Thank you all

So we came to see an “RV Show” and the first thing that came out of their mouth was ‘well it’s not an RV show it’s just good prices and we can’t let you just walk through things we have to be with you. We advised we had 4 families looking at different RV options and may need to have multiple people come out and help. They didn’t adhere to what we said and made a brand new kid of 1 month run 4 families around the damn entire lot. The sales kid didn’t have a clue what was going on and every RV he claimed they had magically was sold earlier in the day.

Then the kid disappeared and went to ‘check in with his manager as a rule every 20mins’ and the “manager” came back with him, and he looked at his watch and said “we close at sundown which is in 5 mins so it’s time for y'all to go and y'all ran our guy ragged.” He 100% made it known because we weren’t there to buy we were a waste of their time. Well I can openly say I won’t ever be back, nor will the 4 families I was with.

Called twice! The first time, when someone answered it seemed like the gentleman on the other side was mid conversation with someone in front of them. Tons of background noise, multiple people talking. I had to ask if I’d reached Mike Thompson RV. I was told yes, so I asked for sales, I was then told I would need to be called back, which confused me so I said yes. About 20 min later I got a phone call and a text, but was unable to answer. I tried calling again and talked to a Tyler this time. I was very clear what I was looking for and the numbers I’d been given from a competitor. I was hoping they could be better or at least match as they were a closer dealer to me. I was told they needed to call me back again once they spoke to a manager. I have heard nothing since.

Here I am trying to give business to someone and the lack of customer service blows my mind. Even if the numbers didn’t work out, and a deal couldn’t be made, a phone call saying so would have gone a long way.

Just purchased a new travel trailer from Marco and the experience was great! I then got to meet Russ Leos and Jonathan Medina and these guys got me all set up with some great new hoses, leveling blocks and a starter kit. They really know what they are doing!

All I have to say is watch the finance department. They are super shady. I will admit, we had a difficult sale with using 2 trailers as a trade in which made things complicated, but these are sales people right? They should be able to handle anything that's thrown at them. They couldn't even get us financed. We had to call our credit union and get our own financing which was super easy and just took a phone call. Looking back I'm so glad we did because it was our finance manager who saw the mistakes. Trying to get us to pay $2k more then the agreed upon purchase order which has already been signed by us. Our sales guy was great, did a lot of legwork for us but again, watch the finance department. They are snakes!
