Best and most amazing store, with an awesome owner, Fred, who coincidentally is also an engineer. If he didn't own a parts store his comedy routines are very funny and entertaining. He loves to tease you but it is in honest fun. Anyway, his store has all the parts you could ever possibly need for any of your appliances. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge and eagerly and happily shares that knowledge with you, regardless of gender. He helps everyone. My viking microwave stopped working and I did not have a multimeter. Fred zeroed in on what the issue may be and kindly offered to test my two parts to determine which needed replacing. He is great at explaining the what's & why's of the part you may need. He will identify the part then sell it to you, explain how to install it then you can do a happy dance because the part was reasonably priced and you'll just have saved yourself a fortune in repairs. He is one of the most genuine and kindest persons you will ever meet, consider yourself fortunate-because his kind are a rarity. Yes, I absolutely love this guy. Personalized service specifically for you is what you will find here. Let's continue to support local businesses-keep them open. He is the BEST! Appreciate his knowledge, humor and reasonably priced parts.

Fred rocks here! He can pretty much get you any part for a refrigerator, washer or dryer. We have been using him for years and he makes the transaction very easy. These are the type of people I will always recommend to everyone. He is a very nice, honest and genuine guy. Keep up the great work and you have a customer for life here!

I am writing this review rather than calling Fred to thank him because he’s so generously gave me much of his time already. My mom has an LG washing machine that was giving a motor sensor error. I called Fred and he told me what parts to bring to him so that he could test them. When I got there, he tested the sensor, and it was, in fact faulty. After sometime in the back looking for the replacement sensor, he unfortunately did not have it in stock. However, he selflessly referred me to another appliance parts store who had the exact sensor in stock. I picked it up and replaced it. The washing machine my mom was considering replacing now works perfectly. Thank you Fred! I’m grateful.

This store is truly a hidden gem. Fred’s knowledge and willingness to help is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in this field. He’ll help troubleshoot your appliances problem, provide you with the part (at a very reasonable price) and THEN help guide you through the repair! It’s something most people just don’t have the time for these days.

Don't let the ceiling high pile of boxes fool you. The owner is honest, fair and very knowledgeable and has the part you need to fix your appliance. I refuse to let my appliances die and fix them all myself. I usually go to the valley to get parts, but I found my new favorite spot.

Fred is the man. Honestly an amazing human being. Don’t let the appearance of his appliance parts and repair shop prejudice your decision to patronize his business. A little cluttered I admit but that means he more than likely has whatever possible parts you’re in need of. Willing to help you out and talk you through your repair without selling you parts you don’t need. Extremely knowledgeable and very affordable.
