We have worked with Ally 3 or 4 times now. She is AMAZING! Very professional, always checks for any available deals and is very helpful anytime I call with a question. I’ll go out of my way if necessary to go to the location that she is working from. And… the new store is very nice.

Went to this store to get some accessories and nobody would even get off their butt to help and acted all stuck up and rude. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time going here unless you like rudeness.

Ordered a phone but they never called or texted to let us know it was in. Waited almost an hour in the store to go pick up the phone one evening and the 1 employee working was helping 2 others already. Ended up leaving and coming back another day to get the phone. Recommend hiring another employee to work there in the evenings because this location is busy!!

I got a new phone in February. took it in to have all my information from my old phone put into it and had to pay $35 fee even though I've had Verizon for four and a half years. They messed up my phone and I was without a phone for several days. The phone has never worked correctly so I decided to get a new phone. Now I have to pay the stupid $35 fee again. They seem to find out anyway they can to make the poor customer pay something. They also charge $25 fee for transferring your information from your old phone to your new phone. They also charge you a $3.50 fee every month per line without telling you that they decided to do this. It has something to do with taxes that they have to pay. It's not like you're paying enough taxes now.

Tried to go in for a simple return after work and waited for over 20 min. There was only one lady working and she never said anything to me or anything. There was already multiple people standing around waiting for the one person to help so I ended up leaving and going to the new verizon store off of Alcoa which was so much quicker and more helpful. Not to mention none of the phones were even turned on to look at them. They just had screens over the phone.

Originally went to the Verizon store off Alcoa. Employee acted like he didn't care if he sold anything. I had to ask about cases and other chargers. He didn't have any knowledge of the phones either. Still I did my own research while I was in the store and decided on a phone. The employee did not activate my phone and did not have the equipment to transfer pictures, apps, etc. So I went to the Verizon off of Military Road, and they were amazing. Helped with with transferring my contacts and everything. Plus answered a bunch of unrelated questions I had about other phones.

Went to the store about 30 minutes before close to pick up two sim cards as I was instructed to do so by customer care. When I got to the store, the only rep there did not greet me or anything else. I was told that they could not sale or give out sim cards unless they were used for an activation and I asked him how much it would cost me to have the two phones activated on my account and was told that he could not activate them for me because they "close in a little bit." I went right down the road to the Alcoa location and received great customer service. The customer service was non existent. Will for sure not go back to this store.

I went in because my phone sometimes doesn't receive calls. Bri was very friendly and helped me swap out the Sim card. We had a nice conversation while waiting for everything to be activated.
