Had to get a new phone for my husband, went in to the Jacksonville Verizon, October 31st, they helped me figure out how to file a claim, they were all very helpful, especially , Hunter Verbeck, the Store Manager he was very helpful and they were all friendly. Went back the next day and Hunter helped me with getting a new phone and got it all set up! These are all awesome people in this store, I would highly recommend them!!
