I was very excited to visit Pandora to grab matching bracelets with a friend, but was met with the most unwelcoming service of all time. I didn't catch the name of the associate I was working with, but he gave me a lot of attitude throughout my entire time talking to him and he made a lot of assumptions about me and my friend. When I asked him "does this bracelet cost $145?" he just crossed his arms, shook his head, and said uh uh. Not being helpful just straight up condescending. Then, I asked him how much the gold bracelet costed and he said "It starts at $200 but if that is an issue for your budget than we can work around the silver options." Keep in mind I have never mentioned once anything about my budget being an issue or showed interest in getting silver... Once we got to trying on different bracelets he got visibly annoyed with helping me try the variety of sizes and charms. I ended up purchasing the bracelets because I wanted them but I wanted to walk away after all that. The worst!!!

After being passed over upon entering the store, Jennifer greeted AND assisted me from way on the other side of the store. She was very patient and showed me lots of options; even rearranged my bracelet and it’s so cute! Thank you so much Jennifer, maybe you can teach your colleague a thing or two about assisting all customers 🙂

Same price as the regular store, no advantage whatsoever driving all the way to Livermore, you can order online with free delivery.

The salesperson wasn’t welcoming, I asked her to show me some charms, I was buying a present for a friend, I don’t own pandora jewelry so I don’t know all the types of charms and their name… and she made it seem like she was not understanding what I want to see… the ones she did show she kept under glass.

This level of service is unacceptable and has completely changed my perception of Pandora. A business that does not prioritize customer service is not one I can recommend or support.
